Living History Day - Havre, Montana

We are so lucky to live in a small community that has so much history to offer.
The first Saturday in June, every year, our small town of Havre, Montana comes to life with Living History Day!
There are reenactments going on throughout our town.
Havre Beneath the Streets had to postpone this year, but wait until next year! (weather permitting) People will dress up in character and make the underground come to life!
The Rail Road Museum. If you love trains, this is the museum to go see.
Fort Assiniboine comes to life with canon's going off and soldiers dressed as they use to be back in the day.
North Central Enthusiast had some new things going on this year!
Wahkpa Chu'gn Buffalo Jump go on a tour.
H. Earl Clack Museum where you can explore the history of Havre, Montana.
The Bear Paw Marathon. WOW! there were so many runners. It was truly beautiful up in the mountains so early in the morning.
The Craft Show at the Atrium Mall. We have so many talented people in our community.
And the AHH-SIGH-EE Bowls. If you haven't tried one of these it seriously is a MUST DO! I could eat these everyday.
There was so much more to do. If you want to have fun. Meet some WONDERFUL people in the Havre community, and take in a lot of history, than Living History Day in Havre, Montana is definitely a date to put on your calendar for next year. The first Saturday of June.
