Thailand for the beaches, and relaxed vibes. Also partly for the food and cheap accomodation. Mexico has far more beautiful towns, and diversity.

Great comparison video. I'm literally looking at both spots to expat to from Canada, im leaning towards Thailand and the first direct flight in North America starts up again December 1st from Vancouver to Bangkok. Looking into a 1 year education visa.

Dating in Mexico is great! Especially hidden gem areas like Culiacan, Veracruz, and Chihuahua. I have not been to Thailand as of yet. Mexico is very safe for the most part. As long as you stay in nice areas you are ok. Guns are not allowed in Mexico.

IN thailand its very very safe ! i live there & yes its cheap everything !!! the only issue is please to all make sure you have your international driving licences you gonna need it if cops stop you on a small motorcycle & keep ur helmet on tickets about 30$ if you dont have any of these .

Since 2012 I have lived about 70% of my time in Thailand.. Chiang Mai.. Krabi.. Jomtien Beach. The rest in México... San Miguel de Allende.. Querétero and Guanajuato capital. Housing in Mexico is terrible value... Older.. Not very funcional and just dreary. Thailand condos for 300 usd! Wow! In Thailand the condo building manager will often find you a fan... Toaster or more dishes. My recent condo... I asked for a sofa! 😎✌️I hoy a sofa from a other condo next day... And it's just 200 usd a month.. Ocean view.. 5 minute walk to the beach. If I asked this in México I would be laughed at. I miss the culture available in Mexico... Music... Traditional ways... Mariachis...

Heading to Thailand for 3 months beginning in November. From October 1 thru March 31 they are giving 45 days for visa exempt countries which can be extended for another 45 days.

Now how about Thailand vs Malaysia? Some said to me, Malaysia is between Singapore and Thailand in terms of quality of life vs cost of living but for some reason people talk about Thailand much more than Malaysia

Malaysia = too much islamic influence, less freedom, more strict laws, people less chill, more expensive, less tourist/foreigner friendly, more snobbish/cold/rude locals. (all compared to Thailand) You will know the differences when you visit both of the countries. There is a reason why many people prefer Thailand

Isn't it funny how so many western men believe to have found a 20-30 year younger girlfriend or wife who loves them for who they are and not what they have? As a rule of thumb, Thai women can only love Thai men, because there's no cultural or language barrier. You can't love a man you don't know or understand. Just doesn't make sense. And yes, if she's decades younger than you, than you have all reasons to be skeptical and you better watch out for your money.

Thai sourced income is always taxable. Online income depends. a friend of mine pays all his taxes in Thailand, he's a Thai Elite pass holder.

Thailand doesn’t tax foreign earned income or investments as long as you don’t remit that money into the country within 12 months, so the money that you make abroad or online you can evade taxes legally if you wait 12 months to transfer that money to Thailand, so the first year you have to live from your savings, then you can start transferring the money you made 12 months earlier, having said this they are not checking anything so off you go

@@DeusExMachina50 It’s smart to keep two accounts, you can transfer the money that you made a year ago to another account just in case you’re audited. But as fas a I know the Thai government isn’t checking, but they have now made their visa options a lottt more expensive, it’s too expensive now (they are taking advantage of a lot of Chinese people moving there.)
