I appreciate that you researched this and explained it in a way that is clear and easy to understand! I am currently designing a multi-family home on a lot next to some overhead power lines. I believe that Sweden will not allow high-lines within 600 feet of a school. They are a high-tech country, so I'll believe their caution is justified.
