'Africa does not need help; it needs to be respected' That's it!
@melrussell87364 жыл бұрын
It needs help with its Medical facilities- my Ghanian friend's Mother died in the 'waiting room' of a hospital, having a heart attack, and doctors didn't care. Many African countries need to have 'younger Leadership which is not corrupt'. Many Men in Ghana can't even get jobs. The Government does nothing for them. Courses available but no jobs. And way too many young children who cannot afford to go to school- end up selling whatever they can on the streets. Education, Medical System and putting back into their countries, a long way to go.
@frimpong-mansodigreat18804 жыл бұрын
@@melrussell8736 thanks... but get it right. When Africa is respected,all these things you're writing about will ceased to exist. How can the richest continent on earth in terms of natural resources become the poorest in terms of livelihood? It's history and I'm pretty sure you know it. Africa is looted and has even lost possession of everything. They steal from you and pretend to be supportive. Elections and everything are solely influenced by the West, that's why corruption never ceases in Africa. Education in Ghana,as you talk about,is absolutely 'FREE'. Free for beginners to the senior high school. Health care is also highly improved. It's not very poor as you perceive it to be. You may not have even travelled to Ghana before. Just look at how you talk about it.
@melrussell87364 жыл бұрын
@@frimpong-mansodigreat1880 - I have spent a few months there, and that's what I saw. Not sure why I saw SO many hundreds of children, during school time, whose families could not afford to send them to school. I was with Ghanian people every day, who told me all of the above. SO, here's some facts that have come, straight from a Ghanian, whilst travelling with me. Your statement, 'When Africa is respected, all the things I am writing about will cease to exist".... is a delusional statement. Ghanians don't respect their own leaders, the same in many other African countries with their leaders also. The respect you mention must surely come from Africans themselves, and as far as I can see, unfortunately the GREED & Corruption in your Leaders, keeps the poor, their own people, where they are, whilst they educate their own children in the UK or overseas. This behaviour from African leaders shows their own respect & faith in their own countries- they have NONE!
@frimpong-mansodigreat18804 жыл бұрын
@@melrussell8736 😊 so if the government make education free for all yet parents allow their children on the streets, whose fault is it?
@frimpong-mansodigreat18804 жыл бұрын
@@melrussell8736 you know, I'm not arguing that poverty eliminated in Ghana or Africa as a whole. Poverty is a global issue. Go to Asia, some part of America and even in Europe. But we've always described Africa with different 'words'. Why is this the case? Just because people have great interest in Africa. They can't survive without Africa so they will rather help Africa to continue in poverty. The fact is that,if Africa is RESPECTED and be free from external influences, the rest of the world will struggle. More than 80% production resources come from Africa. So diseases, wars and poverty shall never stopped in Africa. Because people have "great interest" in Africa. I love you

Joshua’s zen lifestyle allows him to renounce the greed for materialism. His lifestyle allows him to relax, to get in touch with nature. It allows him to focus on his spiritual being in relation with nature: it allows him to discover his Africannes ....what makes him an African. His oneness with nature allows him to connect with his African root, his African tradition, his African culture and his African traditional religion: all interconnected with the water, the soil, the trees, the air, the rain, and the wind. Joshua’s freedom from material want, his solitude, his peace with nature all speak for his calm spirit that are therapeutic for the human Mind, body and spirit. Good documentary Venessa.
