Luke the zissner primer and top coat paint is the best i would recommend for all around the home doors cupboards, skirting boards etc xx

It’s all looking fantastic, I would go with the red, my middle room although open plan with the kitchen is quite dark, even so we’ve painted it in Little Green dark olive colour along with all paintwork apart from the living. room oak door and mantel shelf, with above the picture rail ( painted white) all painted white. Everybody that comes in loves it. The worst case scenario you paint it again, for what it’s worth I think it will look lovely.

Well done you, Billy, Mom and Zara. We moved into a 1896 three thousand sq. ft home that needed a lot of love. It was built by the family that owned the bank, so it was very detailed inside. So glad to see some update on your built ins. Just coming to the end of this video Sunday morning. You’ve just said the electricians are going to come soon to wire up the wall lights. I hope he / they will put the cables under the floorboards as opposed to chasing out the plaster. Great to see such a change . Can’t wait for the next update. Remember to wear your safety goggles and face mask when cutting timber and especially mdf pieces Luke.

We built an inbuilt library which in total space was probably similar to yours but ours was just on one wall, we were quoted £5500 from a carpenter to do it. We built it for about £1000 too but we did have wooden worktop as we have a desk area in the middle. It's hard doing it yourself but so much fun! Yours looks fab!! Well done

We did this in my apartment also, but not with billy bookcase's since there's no Ikea in Argentina (for now) we use 18mm mdf, and I feel very seen when you said "anticipate that you're going to need to grab more than what you've already got" when doing DIY's. We bought everything, we made plans, we got every single piece of wood cutout and measured and still we had to go and buy so many extra things because there was always something missing to finish the proyect. This looks amazing! Congrats!!

Hubby made our own trims using a router, makes for a cheaper option especially if you have much woodwork to do. Anyway, right now I am a Diva! Hair loss due to treatments and my best friend surprised me with a stunning wig! Find myself singing “Do you believe in love after love”! Yes, it’s a long wavy wig just like Cher!! 😀👍👍👍👍👍

What a busy week you’ve all had and a great result. You missed a trick when you boxed the first bookcase in you should of put a time capsule in the bottom of the cupboard. Maybe do that on another project. It’s great for future generations to find hidden treasures😃 xx
