If you want to keep your alcantara steering wheel looking and feeling new, Sonax makes an alcantara cleansing foam that works super easily and effectively. My alcantara steering wheel looks and feels like it did when it was brand new and I’ve now driven the car more than 32,000 km.

I do like the versatility, I live in Australia and our 2019 Tiguan comfortline has been used in all configurations. When we go away with our 2 schnauzers we slide the rear seat fully forward to bring them closer to the rear vents. Having manual front seats you can fold the front passenger seat down flat and carry 2.5 metres in length or with the rear seats folded a mountain bike in the rear or in normal configuration 4 adults in comfort. Ps love your show

Good work again Peter! Your passenger was remarkably calm and quiet so that tells us a lot about the ride! An interesting car to add to the possibilities list for next year! It is a shame the weather gave up....as one of our old family friends used to say when the mode of transport was a 1937 Singer Bantam 9, ...”this is for heat...”...in the 1950’s, there was a lot of “heat” about!!! Hi Pete. Another convert to the RS Q3 appreciation society. I've had my previous model, 340 BHP, RS Q3 for a little over 2 years now, and in my 50 years of driving, this is only the 2nd car I've owned for that long....the other was a Cavalier Sri 16v back in the day. It's practical, quick, sounds good and looks okay and I've had 36 mpg on a run from Huntingdon to Gloucester....but it's all about that 5 cylinder engine, it's an awesome thing! Mines not hampered by the all the exhaust emissions rubbish of the latest model, so I can easily get it to pop and bang on overrun no problem....even at 30 mph! But above all, I can get in and out of it, despite my 68 year old rugby ravaged back👍

I’ve had and an RSQ3 since the beginning of March Nardo Grey with a panoramic roof and your review is spot on we brought the car for exactly the reasons you’ve covered in the test. Best all round car I’ve had it knocks spots off the SQ5 we ran for 4 yrs previous if I have one complaint it would be the throttle response, I consider this an issue when pushing on. I’ve now fitted a PedalBox which has made the drive so much more interesting

Hi Pete, what I like about your videos is the mix of competent car review combined with heart, soul and entertainment. It´s just a great pleasure to watch. I do agree with you that the SQ3 is a very good thought through car. The practicality is great, as are the load capacity, the motor sound (from what I could hear through the microphone of your camera) and the interior design. I totally agree with you that the integrated screen looks fantastic - it‘s far better than the glued iPads in other cars like Tesla‘s for instance. And I‘m happy to see that Audi hasn’t thrown out all of the knobs! They are both practical and because they are beautifully crafted add to the premium feel. However, there are a few downs. The price makes the car a vehicle for the rich only. And the outside looks - I just don’t like SUV-forms. They look quirky to me. And there are a few design elements I just don‘t understand. The slid between the front grille and the bonnet - it looks as if the bonnet isn’t shut properly. In addition - all the many edges, bows, angles and kinks are meant to look better, but in my view they are overblown.

Nice practical review Ped. Love it when you get to really test a vehicle like this out and the engine and the economy sounds great, (I don't get that economy in my Focus CC). I remember when we used to call the 5 cylinder the "rally" engine. My old Audi 100 2.0 litre, (or was it 2.2?), used one of the early normally aspirated 5 cylinder engines and in my opinion they sound much better than the 6 cylinders. :-)

Hi Ped Welcome back to the ideal travelling companion Petrol Pooch.😘 Very tempting package, and good to see Audi seems to have addressed poor driving dynamics.HOWEVER the price is crazy, even deleting the ceramics still looking @ £69K. Dealers are knocking out SQ5’s new in Vorsprung trim for £60K, I know it’s not an RS and has the dreaded oil burner, but still an interesting alternative.🤔 Going back in history I ran an Audi 100 Sport with 5 cylinder 2.4. Engine. Took it to GTI Engineering Silverstone to work their magic-bored out to 2.5, new head revised cam& exhaust. It almost could fly, and the exhaust note from that 5 cylinder engine wonderful. Noted last night viewing revealed the dreaded Range Anxiety on the trip to Germany.😬Have you changed your view on long distance travel in an EV.😉 Are the cars featured subject to an independent engineers inspection before being registered?

The problem with driving an EV in Germany is their infrastructure is even worse than the UK. Utterly shocking 😢
