I was lowkey expecting Bryce to ask himself "Can we take a look inside?" Jokes aside, Bryce, the reason why I always watch your tiny house videos is because you literally "walk the talk", showcasing all the amazing tiny houses and alternative living possibilities all around while you are doing it yourself and living in one, it gives a tremendous amount of credit to you and it gives us viewers the feeling and reassurance that we can trust you and your videos. The spring, waterfall and crystal clear water are just perfect. Can't wait to hear more about those. It's funny cuz in the original video I kept thinking that the couch and the desk stool didn't look comfortable, and here we are with the updates 😆 I might be obsessed with this but ergonomics is extremely important for me, especially at the workspace as I spend the majority of my day working on a computer. I would say it would be even better to lift the monitor up to your eye level to prevent neck or back pain, especially for tall people like you two lol. Otherwise, I LOVE your wide desk and your beautiful book shelf which are both very important for me yet hard to find in most houses. That gorgeous office corner is really my favorite part of your house :)

Hello from the hinterlands of Chicago. As I watch this episode, we (the world) did somehow survive COVID-19 although we do see occasional resurgence of it. I stumbled on your channel three weeks ago and have been binge watching your content. I have been inspired, awed and humbled by the episodes I have seen so far and look forward to catching up with your entire inventory. As I plan for my retirement, I am exploring housing options which will serve me in my later years. The more I learn about the tiny house movement, the more I think it may be a very good choice for me. Of course, I would love it if I were to build my dream tiny house in the jaw dropping vistas of Australia or New Zealand, but for now - I am scouting the amazing vistas in my own U.S. Thank you very much for educating me on the many facets of tiny house living. I have been lucky enough to enjoy that vicariously by watch your travels. I live in a lovely condo with gardens both front with a huge glass doors on my kitchen and in the back sitting in wide screen lani looking into a wooded area. There are birds and wild life to watch and a place to grow my own pinapple. All this in the warm climate of Fort Myers, South Florida a few short miles from the Gulf waters and sandy beaches of Sanibel Island. I am 81 years old and because of Covid not seen my family in the North for over two years except my daughters who come to see me here and my brother who I spend hours with on the phone and internet. Very nicely set up and put together. I wonder, though, if eventually, especially with the land that Bryce and Rassa now have, they would eventually opt for building a newer type of tiny home--one of the cargo type homes that have a skosh more room to spread out in. 🤔

Bryce, so many changes it seems! The little touches you and Rasa have added make this even more beautiful than it was during the original tour, which I loved. That coffee table! Stunning! I am envious of that table The pops of color, the plants and the flowers. The pieces on the wall. Just so beautiful. Like you, I’m drawn to Scandinavian design. Such clean lines. My late husband would have appreciated the countertops built to your height specs. He was 6.4 1/2 feet. Tall and slim but strong as an ox. I myself used to be 5.2 1/5. Age makes you shrink. Lol. Outside is as beautiful as the inside. I love your Zen feeling everywhere. Peaceful. Calming. I think I could live there in your gardens. As for that outdoor shower, yeah, not really practical right now, but you’ll get use out of it once you move your beautiful home to your new property. Congratulations on that. You and Rasa deserve this and so much more. So happy for you two.

Well I just watched Russell and Sarah's Tiny House build and said that it was the best one yet...I was wrong, sorry guys. THIS IS THE BEST ONE YET!! Bryce and Rasa after viewing your original video a while back I can see how much more you have done to bring this little bit of paradise into its own. I love the books and crystals (you can never have too many of either), you have done an amazing job with the ponds too Bryce. Does Rasa do the pottery? Its awesome. What with your talented friends beautiful touches you really are living the dream. If that wasn't enough you now have your own block of land in the wilderness, how lucky to have old growth forest on it, those gorgeous ferns and creeks...so stunning. You wont ever want to travel overseas again. Fantastic job guys, you really do practice what you preach, I am so envious and to do it in NZ too is a bonus, keep up the great work guys you are so much better than watching TV. All the best for your move and the future cheers from Western Australia :)

@jennyc1843 I so heartily agree they are so much better than watching Tv as are so many other thing on KZbin. I haven't had a TV for yrs and when I landed in a nursing/rehab facility that had one in what is esentially my own private room, I had them take the dam thing out 2.5yrs ago. One since I don't like especially the "smart" tv's but also to discourage having them give me a roommate in a space that's really barely big enough for one. So, my strategy is working. LoL 😉😉👍

Raising the height of countertops is a requirement for tall people. Same height and suffer from the same discomfort when using standard height counters. A big reason I have remained interested in carpentry / building is due to all the changes I have to make to places to better suit my taller height.

Or short people can just use a step. Crouching or kneeling just to avoid back pain is quite strange looking and difficult. I wish standard heights were taller.

So important. My brother is super tall at 6'7". His sons are 6'6" and 6'5", daughter is 5'10" and wife is 5'8" so he had everything in his house fitted at a higher level to accommodate their needs including the wall hung toilets which are higher than normal for their comfort. I'm 5'6", so not small and I feel tiny in their home but it is still comfortable for me even though things are a little higher than the norm.

I am a very short person; only just hitting 1.5 metres; but I find a slightly higher than standard bench top really helps avoid shoulder strain. I ‘secretly’ believe that nothing ‘standard’ actually suits anyone….

I've watched a lot of Living Big In A Tiny House videos but this one might be my favorite. She thinks she's taller than she is, when she's eating salads and other rabbit foods... Oh my gosh. I'm loving this. And I'll be frank... I saw the first tour of the house and I was like "it's great, but not my style." This time around, it's so my style!! Maybe I was tired when I watched it the first time... I've always loved the inlays. They are so beautiful. :D

I fall in love with those bean bags. I need something like this in the attic. I had a bean bag when I was a child. Now in the age of 60 - my back it is full of pain and siting on a normal seat hurts. I'll give those fluffy bags a try. Thanks for the inspriration and we wish you all the best with you plans in you r beautiful looking land. We bought a small land this year. Owning a little piece of land is something wonderful. Especial when there are a lot of old apple trees (to make cider).

As an owner of bean bags, they aren't good for your back. You want a seat with back support, reduce sitting time if possible, and strengthen your back muscles to reduce pain.
