Bento seems to capture a lot of the essence of Japanese culture. The attention to detail for what is essentially a grab-and-go meal, is amazing. Everything is meant to be special and perfect. My absolute dream is to go to Tokyo.

Whenever anywhere always try the local products. I was in Martinique and most fellow Americans were asking for US liquor, cigarettes and food. The island rum is superb and the dark rum aged in the barrel for 7 to 14 years could be sipped like good brandy. The cuisine is a combination of French and African influence. Always expand your horizons.

The Red stuff is fish paste most likely or the shop's special sauce that they will use to stand out from the other's. Since they're so many each has it's own gimmick basically. So from the container design, to sauces they use, or what varieties they may offer and exc. It's pretty cool cause in America you basically get what you can, that looks most appealing. But over in Japan as well as other countries they have so many varieties of the same food which I think is amazing foreal.

Actually, I’m pretty sure it’s spicy cod roe

mixstamike uhm In America not all hamburgers are the same. They each have their own gimmick too. We too have a variety of the same foods. In fact all cultures have different versions of the same foods. Just comes down to how they cook it and the spices they use.
