I'm here after doing the Azalea Trail yesterday which is a bi-annual tour of various gardens in River Oaks. Seeing the landscaping in River Oaks alone is worth the drive-through. Its a masterclass in landscape design.

This is such an underrated style of video. Man I watch a lot of home tour videos and million dollar homes, and this style of video on those video would be 🔥. Even on the fix and flip remodeling videos. Going into detail about the area, along with the actual video visuals EPIC. I'd be able to imagine living there way better and what to look forward to. It would probably also help the realtor 10 fold when dealing with busy clients. Or maybe it's just me.

Got to love Houston. Here in suburban Boston, many older homes are being razed and replaced with new two-family or duplex homes. One of these, around 2,000 square feet and a minute back yard will start at just under $2 million.
