I want to make sure I fully get the joke and fully appreciate it. So just asming isnthe o ly reason they say Bobsled and it's funny is because of the movie Cool Runnings that had Jamaicans in it or there's something more to it?

To overexplain the joke: Liz is grasping at straws to keep up the fake accent, and that's why she says "Cool Runnings bobsled." It's not funny because there's Jamaicans in it but because Liz is fumbling the accent and just says some nonsense that's related to Jamaicans but wouldn't be an actual thing Jamaicans say. And then the receptionist saying it is funny because the thing Liz says that is definitely not part of a Jamaican accent is actually spoken by a real Jamaican as if it were part of the accent.
