Not our fault if we can get attached to an animal and it returns that affection and acts like that. I've raised praying mantis that I trained to stay, just don't walk away cause as soon as they see you aren't watching then that goes out the window. I've also had praying mantis that knew the difference between me and other people. They would hide from other humans but come to the front of their enclosure wanting to come out and see me.

OMG no YOURE so cuteeee 😍😍😍 /s but on a serious note its against federal law to bring your pet into non pet friendly places. by taking your lizard into public like that you are openly claiming it to be a service animal when it is not which can result in a fine or jail time not to mention it puts real teams at risk of getting distracted and puts unwanted stress on your pet. Its not that hard to just leave it at home.

To me this video just proves that all creatures are smart and special in their own way. Whether it be lizards, rat, chickens, etc. A lot of people see these creatures and assume they don't understand anything around them, and don't see them in the same value as they see dogs and cats. Yes! Back in my young/dumb/broke college days, I worked for a Walmart. This one dude would regularly come in almost every weekend with his iguana on his shoulders. The locals were used to it, it never caused much attention or etc., it was always chill and never bothered anybody What ruined it was some s***head grade-school kid decided it was a good idea to mess with it and it finally slapped him back with its tail, he told Mommy, Mommy went into absolutely ballistic Karen mode on the guy, caused a huge scene, got Management involved and Management asked him to stop bringing him in... He was doing this for years. One kid ruined it.

It a terrible thing to let an iguana in the store anyway. It illegal no only because of health codes but it’s extremely ableist! Only task trained service animals are allowed in Walmart!
