love the loaded cake! amazing cakes as always! Personality of the cake decorator always shows through the designs of cakes.. always so good to experiment different techniques too! Even though the cakes look similar.. i think theyre quite different... either ganache/buttercream inside or outside.. you've given viewers the option of playing around with different mediums on a blank canvas.. drip cakes and loaded cakes are whats so in atm.. i think its great youre showing the world out there through youtube whats popular in Australia! its really great! Keep up the excellent work!

+Maday Avalos thank you! I woud honestly take off what isn't cemented on there. So the rafaellos would go, I would snap the chocolate shards to make them smaller and add the snapped off chunks to the plate and what not. Same goes for the cookies and cream chocolate bar.

Hi hun, the buttercream is usually like a thick cream and the drip is actually chocolate ganache :) I do microwave it in short intervals and stir in between to make sure it doesn't over heat.

maybe bc the ganache was really hard? when your cake has ganache in the outside, it has to come to room temperature :)

You can use chocolate ganache instead.

Try using Italian Merangue buttercream which isn't very sweet, it's silky, smooth and so much better than American buttercream. It's harder to make but so much worth it.
