Hey buddy. Good video. I have a channel as well. I use a hat clip for my action cam but it's really heave on the bill. What are you using for yours?
@TowMan127 Жыл бұрын
My GoPro is mounted on the bill of my hat as well but not by a clip. I bolted one of the mounts to the bill of my hat. 🧢 I find it to be too heavy though. They sell a DIY GoPro mount for a hat. It’s called “action hat” their website shows that they are sold out but there are other companies that have some in stock. You can check those out on Google. I’m also subscribed to your channel.

What are those blocks? I've always used wood blocks

They are called “control arm skates” they’re great to use.
@hectorcortes1394 Жыл бұрын
I’m a tow operator myself I would of just pulled the car up through the control arms. Also where can I get that ball joint skate? I run into a bunch of stuff like this in California
This is some awesome footage of our Control Arm Skate! Can we use this video? Great work!

Why are your strobe lights on?
@TowMan1278 ай бұрын
Cause I put them on when I’m pulling up to the location. They are warning lights and it’s also connected to the HAAS alert safety system

I wanna see you take off vehicles that have like a broken control arm, rim is cracked and either the rear/front tires are locked up but rear/front tires are spinning. Something to that effect. Hope I was clear enough.

@@TowMan127 Copy that. My job just ended, 8 years, Boss said I got some bad news , no warning ,he closed up towing and 5 of us without jobs now , crazy huh. Some idiot young driver we had ,during that major 80 mile an hour winter storm we had last dec. in Buffalo Ny, was going way to fast hit a pick-up that also hit the car in front of it, boss had to pay for damages, they raised insurance 40k for the next year. That kind of did us in.
@TowMan127 Жыл бұрын
Damn that sucks man! Sorry to hear that. Insurance prices are no joke especially after an accident claim. Do you have another company you can go work for? If not maybe look into starting your own roadside company without a tow truck and just do basic roadside. You can always start there and work your way into your own tow truck.
