Loading Lots of Hickory Lumber into our Nyle L200M Kiln

In this video you can follow us as we load about 2,300 board feet of Hickory lumber into our Nyle L200M kiln. We affectionately call this kiln our Frankenstein Kiln because the chamber was built out of various old parts, but it works fantastic!
Once the Hickory boards are finished kiln drying and sterilized, they will be turned into tongue and groove flooring for a home that is being built. The Hickory logs came from the property where the home is being built.
The equipment we used in this kiln include the Nyle L200M which is sold as the KD250 by Wood-Mizer. We love both companies. We also use a Kubota R540 Wheel Loader.
