@@MyAirgunPhase thx ! Actualy, I'm wondering if I would buy this rifle or the umarex cowboy legend 4,5mm bb (which is better when firing pellets according to some youtubers) . I think you have both right ? Can you compare both maybe ? Pro and cons of the lobo compare to the umarex. You said the lobo is the perfect one, but Why ? It's three time the price of the umarex. And the self ejecting one seem fun. This one don't even have sights... And I have to admit that in a cowboy style the scope is not very welcome for me... But it's pcp and I can get it in 19.9J in France... So help me please ;-) Also the barrel under, is it problematic for iron sights (if we can mount one) or scope for long distance shoots ? Also your are the only one Who reviewed this rifle on the entire internet, why this rifle is like a ghost ? No success ? Too New ? Thx in advance !!

@@kalri11 Alright! That's super helpful feedback! I will definitely work on a video addressing all those points! The Umarex Cowboy rifle is so much FUN, the ejecting shells are great, but you also need to be in the right mood to pick them up off the floor and reload each one before putting them back into the gun. It's a slower process. And it is surprisingly accurate with pellets, given that it has a smooth barrel. I don't know why I'm the only person who has reviewed it? It is quite expensive, so I guess not many people took the risk? Or maybe they only do sponsored stuff? Anyway, I'll get to making the video, thanks again.

It's not a very good video unfortunately: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l4WvYqiFpdZ0esk I tried shooting the Mustang without scope and sights AT ALL, and at 10m got a 20mm group. So I don't think having the barrel under is an issue, BUT I am only shooting at 10m, I don't have access to further, sorry! I will try revisit this in the future.

If you pump this rifle would you get more velocity out of it, I had one in the 80s don't remember the brand but it pumps like this one with a short pump I [ump up too 20 time and shoot 100 yards and break a thick glass bottle like nothing, just want to see if I could find a pump action that would match a rifle like that, I hunt lot of squirrels at a long range with not problem.

What Artimis magazine fits the mustang please.did you have any problems with the lobo magazines?

I got myself a few of the Artemis M22 magazines, which have been absolutely flawless for me. One of my initial Lobo magazines had an issue where it would skip a pellet every now and then, hence me looking for alternatives. LOBO did send me instructions on how to fix the magazine I was sent, and it's been good since then!

I've been looking for the same thing myself. On the cusp of buying one when I was informed I'd need a Firearms Licence which, at the moment, I don't have. I haven't found anyone in the UK who either deals in or has one of these rifles.

@@mitchly its a pity mr airgun phase hasn't answered to this yet, where did he get it I wonder.?. @@alandurden1826 Hello Alan. Yes, I checked the link out thanks. Anyway; all I really know is the legal ft/lbs limit for an Air Rifle in the UK is 12 ft/lbs and the Mustang Rifle from Lobos is 18ft/lbs which is one of the reasons I won't be having one. Shame really as they are a nice looking rifle. I have a rifle similar to the Mustang and it is available at Vector Air but as I say, it's 12ft/lbs. Thanks Alan.

Hi I have recently got one of these, I got the Artemis m22 mag but it’s very tight and does not cycled did you have the same issue if so how did you fix it, thanks

Hmm, I have two M22 magazines and they fit snugly, but it's very easy to put them in and take them out. They also cycle properly. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with yours! I have had issues with an Artemis magazine before, where I had to take the plastic cover off and make sure the spring inside was tighter before putting it back. I did that by turning it more, maaaybe it will help you? I really hope you get it solved and can enjoy the gun!

I just got mine in 177 to day, its a nice gun, but i only got one magazine with mine and the fill probe was missing , the gun did come with a target paper a t-shirt and a sticker. I contacted Lobo on mail and their reply was that the gun only comes with one magazine and that they were sorry about the fil probe … so i guess it is still blowing in the wind if they are going to send me a fill probe or not. By the way, do you know if there is any other magazines in 177 that will fit? i am a bit reluctant in sending more money Lobo’s way

Aw damn, I'm really sorry to hear that! While I have no affiliation with them at all, I had a really good experience. BOO! Things have changed in the time since I got mine though, the gun now comes with sights, and looks a little different to mine. I also didn't get a shirt, however I'd rather have the 2 magazines! If things haven't changed too much, then the magazine for the Artemis M22(/M16) should work. The .22 version worked for me, but I don't have the .177 to confirm, so it's a risk you'd have to take, sorry! I know you are owed that fill probe, but if you're tired of waiting, my Hatsan Vectis probe is compatible, FYI

@@MyAirgunPhase i have ordered 3 magazines from Lobo, (i dont think any of the 177 magazines from artemis will fit) and asked them to send the fill probe with the magazines, i have ALLSO payed 24 euro in transport a second time, and thereby saved them from the transport … Now if they really are as serviceminded as they like to show, they would at least send an extra magazine or a couple of tins of pellets … but i doubt it, but lets see … thank you for your respond

@@MyAirgunPhase I have managed to fit a old unspecific probe with teflon tape and then O-ring, it is not tight but when filling from a bottle most of the air goes into the rifle ;-) From what i have learned today, it is a fantastic rifle, and i would buy it again. One cant deny the effort that was put into it, and if you are still happy with yours, i probably will bee too :-) it is just annoying when things are missing …

@@MyAirgunPhase i just watched your struggle to make a lefthanded grip for the Daisy 717 pistol … that is awsome, i am allso lefthanded but without skills in 3d printing, but i have a friend that might help me out … Where do you live? The only country i know of with 10 Joule limit is Sveden. I am from Denmark, we have no limits in 177 but if you want 22 or 25 you need to be a member of a shooting club and have a license or having a hunters license and registre your gun by the police … i have a hunters license, but havent been hunting for 30 years, but i do have a few guns in 22 and 25

They probably will ship to the US, you would have to ask them. It's probably not a common thing for them, so they don't have it automatically. Shipping costs would likely be higher. It's not like the US has any real regulations on importing Airguns (vs any other item) that would prevent it. They ship to South Africa, so it's unlikely there's an issue.
