For one, that wouldn't even begin to kill Lobo even if Herc does manage to RIP him in half, and two, Lobo is definitely more durable. I can see why it can be somewhat debatable when it comes to strength, but Lobo outclasses Hercules when it comes to durability no question. Even characters like the Hulk, Wolverine, and Deadpool hasn't shown to have a better healing factor that Lobo. And I'm not even talking about his natural durability due to his physicality.

I think this would depend heavily on which version of Hercules and Lobo you are using. From what I saw you heavily mixed Lobo but pretty much stuck to baseline Hercules. Now if you used full out Lobo vs. Hercules then the real fight is on. This is mainly because Skyfather Level Hercules was a massive upgrade versus baseline Hercules. Also I would be remiss to point out that the version of Superman you used as a Healing Factor Feat for Lobo was, at that point, weaker than baseline Hercules. Just my humble opinion for what it is worth.

When Superman orbited Lobo with one punch, he was still basically at post-Crisis levels. That was shortly after he'd returned from being dead (notice the long 90s hair). The Eclipso possessed Superman fight was even before THAT. Lobo had problems with Superman THEN. Superman is FAR more powerful now. He now dwarfs Lobo's power level, making Lobo no more than a nuisance these days.

Herc probably has more lefting strength but I think lobo has more striking power.lobo destroyed a large shunk of a planet with a punch, and his fight with Shazam shock the Cosmo's and he hurt despero who's a team buster. Lobo not only has a better healing but he has more raw durability since he survived a black hole and took a punch from a amped Superman. Lobo is definitely faster, It's not up for debate on that one. Lobo is more versatile because he not only has a chain but he also has guns and grenades that destroy planets. And his spacehog can let him fly ahead of herc. Hercules might win with skill but I agree lobo takes majority.
