Wow Ben! You really knocked it out of the park with this one. Drone shots from above, a sit down with the master blender, excellent editing and commentary. You put a lot of time into this video and it shows. Thank you for this video!

Great distillery! I visited last year and my level of appreciation for them increased a lot. Love Loch Lomond and Glen Scotia malts

The detail presented here is impressive. Great job! I learned a lot here and I appreciate the attention to detail in covering this information. It creates a deep appreciation for what goes into the final product. I come from a wine background, so I'm not new to such complexity, but learning how it plays out in producing spirits is really a new experience. Really enjoyed listening to the conversation between Ben and the Master Blender. Great insights shared. Thank you for presenting this information in an accessible and understandable way. Cheers!

Cheers Michael just picked up the Distillers edition 2 it all makes sense, great to be able to get the facts at the time of inception, like a time machine traveller it is only a 5yr expression but high strength & 3 transitions on the palate. Good job Sir. £40 at the Distillery website be quick (April "23) for future reference & my eventual retirement I'll hold one back with a playlist.

Great video, Ben! Loch Lomond distillery has so many stills and so many variations of spirit, it can be confusing to work out what they are actually doing. But this video puts it all into perspective with the explanations of the distinct roles of the different still types. Extremely informative and educational! Keep up the good work!

Good video Ben. You have been able to take us on a tour of the distillery that we would not normally be able see as I believe there is no visitor centre or shop at the distillery. And very informative on how they produce their whisky. I will try and pick up a bottle sometime soon.

It really reminds me of Aberlour on the nose. Got that sweet brandy thing goin on. But it's not from the barrel, that's very interesting. I really like this Master's approach, something very unique and special going on with his product.

Excellent tour of the Loch Lomond Distillery. I really enjoyed this, very informative. I think Loch Lomond Whisky is really good, I’ve only had the 12 year old but it is one of the best Whisky’s I’ve tasted so far,and it’s also very reasonably priced.

From your in-depth explanation on how they do their cuts which was really well done, could we dare to surmise, this is a bit of a "dirty" dram? In a good way. In a naughty indulgent way. Yes?

How about an upcoming review of LOCH LOMOND 50 ? Maybe the distillery can offer some sample tasteings for you to promote the distillery....:)))

In 1998 Loch Lomond used Islay sourced peated malt.

Just looking up this Distiller on distiller.com/search?term=loc+lomond to check out the ratings on their products and most are very low rated ...even the older versions. I'm really enjoying this video and how these distillers are trying with so many different batches and yeasts but confused why their quality of the finished product is so low. Can you and your dad do a follow up video on this subject and how Loch Lomond deals with these low reviews. I have to say this is one of the best (if not the best) video on whisky production in Scotland. Totally loved this one. Thanks you!

Just tried the original 12 year and it's shockingly good for the price. They're not kidding about the fruitiness.

So technically, you could say he's replacing the wash or beer with a True with a capital T barley wine for some of his runs?

Not too keen on what is happening around Loch Lomond at the moment. With the distillery and the land, and their land in Campbeltown being sold to Japanese investors. While other groups are planning on building a theme park (feel free to add to the hundred thousand signatures to the petition)
