Enjoyed your podcast. Shake- vanilla yogurt 4oz. 2 TBSP PB2, chia seeds and Bolthouse Protein Chocolate drink 1/2-1 cup. If you can't find the Tincan knit book and you have the ebook you can have it printed at an office print shop like Staples. Also...Tin Can Knits just came out with their own app. I like your tank. I have the pattern but haven't knit it yet. You might like Caitlin f French Persephone. On Ravelry. It's on my list. I love the quilt. Too cute. How exciting for you to go to VKL! That's awesome! For smoothies, some fresh ginger or chili gives it an awesome zing, strawberry + banana+ ginger/chili is delicious ;D I also put in some kind of "superfruit, superberry" that might not be too tasty on it's own but mixed with all of the other yumminess it works great^^

How do you wash yarn that’s not in a sweater?! 🫣

Hi! You would keep the yarn in a hank - I usually clip a plastic shower curtain hook through the hank to be able to lift it in water without getting tangled. After the hook is secured through the hank, I submerge the entire thing in cold or lukewarm water with a SUPER small amount of Eucalan soap. I let that soak for ten minutes, come back to it, and gently squeeze all the water out. Then I hang it to dry, usually in my shower!
