Lockdown Orange Cake- No Eggs, No sugar, Vegan & Healthier Orange Chocolate Cake | eggless baking

This dairy free, eggless, refined sugar free Vegan Orange Cake is all sorts of amazing 🥰
Vegan Orange Cake-
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
zest of one orange
1 cup powdered jaggery/ brown sugar/ white sugar
½ cup fresh orange juice
½ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup hot water
Dairy Free Chocolate Ganache-
1 cup dairy free dark chocolate
1/2 cup soy cream / coconut cream
Mix both the ingredients and melt them in microwave;
/ double boiler until it melts and comes together

I tried and loved this. I made it with and without chocolate ganache. It tastes nice w/o ganache too, but chocolate really brings out the orange flavour! So i suggest(readers) making it with ganache only.

Made this cake today and it turned out absolutely delicious. Though I would suggest that if you're using a loaf pan, increase the time and decrease the temperature to ensure that the bottom part is cooked without the top turning crispy.

But since I was baking for myself I was okay even if it did not come up fully intact and broke a little while removing from the mould. The taste itself was just perfect so no complaints!
