Play is an important part of learning to move better. Here's three simple and fun exercise moves you can try out. gmb.io//permission-to-play/
If you live in the Western world, you probably spend most of your day sitting, and it doesn't take much to be considered "active" - you just need to drag yourself to the gym a few times a week. Well, if that's your idea of "movement" there's something really important missing from your life.
These 3 movements will help you get started with the concept of play, or movement exploration.

Something that I love about the idea behind this is to PLAY and have fun! Don't be concerned with names, sets, reps, etc. What better way to exercise than to have fun AND be challenged?! Thank you GMB for sharing!

These are great videos! I use these activities to play around with my one year old kid and he loves it! Thanks for introducing me to these movements and helping me in becoming a better father!

Thanks for the introduction to the bear! I now do this every morning when I wake up and I recently purchased your focused flexibility program. The stretching just builds and builds. It's kind of incredible.

These are some great bear variations. The bear has helped my running a lot. The strengthening and stretching it gives help both the warm up and cool down. Can't recommend it enough.

Is it necessary to have legs straight and feet flat for movement 1? I am not flexible enough for that yet.

chuck farley I think you answered your own question :). It takes time play with the movement and as your flexibility improves so will the movement. The main concern is keep your butt up nice and high in the air.

The video isn't from Elements, but Elements does use these movements.

GMB Fitness ok , thanks. These moves are very fun and the bent arm and the third move give me good workout. I’m gonna get the elements and the integral strength programs because I like doing body weight exercise instead of lifting weights. I want to work my way up to the paralletts and the rings programs.
