Day one: I can do these but they make me feel every bit of my extra weight. I always wonder if I'm supposed to do less because I weigh more or just struggle through till I get stronger...?

Looking forward to DOing this. How many reps of these 30 sec holds do you recommend for the first week?? It's amazing how challenging these simple moves are! Of course I'm out of shape too! Thank you for your feedback.

So do we do the plank, squat and bridge hold for 30 seconds just one set or more??

3 rounds of each exercise, 30 secs on 30 secs off

It’s about getting into and holding each position anatomically correct for at least 30 seconds to build on the up coming moves he will add to this so i assume its at your own pace until you can achieve each hold.

Your movements would be easier to see if you wore compression shirts. Great stuff, excited to start!
