As a woman who raised 6 children, I was wondering how in the world you kept up with it all! This pull back shows so much wisdom and maturity on your part. Life is full of seasons and it is wise to allow God to lead you through each one. I will pray that all will go well as you follow His guidance. God job!😊

I honestly have never understood how you have managed to be a mother, a wife, a homemaker and on top of all of that, run this business of yours. For a long time I have felt in my heart that you didn't seem that happy and that you must be exhausted. I hope you get some much needed rest and are able to readjust your business to fit your life and needs. Good Luck!

As much as i'll miss the vlogs and cuteness they come with, i completely understand and respect your choice to step back! Especially the part about always having to disrupt the "flow" of the household, so to speak, with always having the camera on, asking the kids to be quieter, etc. What i love most about watching your channel is that you can tell what a great mom you are, mostly because you're always doing what you can to make your kids childhoods/lives the best they can be. And that's all you're doing by stepping back, doing what's best for the kids and your sanity, so no complaints here! Keep doing what's best for you and your beautiful family!

I do think it's hard to have a present life when you're recording everything for the public. The best thing I ever did for myself was delete all social media like Instagram and Facebook and living a private life. It is so amazing. All of our days are numbered on this planet and I want to spend time being present with my family. Not to mention social media was making me compare my life to others and it was depressing.

I'm so thrilled for this change in content! I'm being induced with my first tomorrow and I NEED guidance on homemaking and motherhood from other Christian women! As a Grandmother who has followed you since Theo was born, I applaud your sharing your journey with all of us. I raised 3 boys of my own, and now we have 2 beautiful grandkids that we are helping to raise. It's hard to wear all those hats. But you and Zach must do what's best for YOUR family. I will continue to follow and cheer you on this new chapter. Your family is beautiful. Enjoy and hold them close because when you blink, they will be grown. You can't get back these times. Thank you again for sharing your life with us. We surround you all in love, light, positive thoughts and healing energy. ❤

As I am sitting here cuddling my own baby, she's only one week old and my second child, I can only appreciate your decision. I always say that one day when I will be old, I probably won't say "I wished I had worked harder", but I'll probably say "I wished I had enjoyed my children more" because time flies by so fast! So if I have to give up work to be with my babies and soak in the time with them who cares! As long as you can financially, absolutely do it! I honestly don't enjoy vlogs so much, I 'd rather watch more theme/goal oriented content like cooking, homemaking, seasonal house decor etc so I'm very happy with the changes you're making! Love from Italy ❤

I’ve honestly been enjoying when you do a voice over with the video showing your day in the background just so that way I feel like I still get to see your routines and the littles growing up! I think it’s smart also because then maybe you won’t be so likely to hush them or push them away to voice what you want to say since you can always do that in the mornings before they wake or after bedtime. I support you and the channel no matter what! Y’all are awesome. 💜✌🏼

A thanks and a video request (ish?): I started watching your videos right before i got pregnant with my first, now im pregnant with ny second and i want to thank you so much for including faith into so much of your content. I truly feel like the lord has used you as a vessel to communicate to me sometimes when i feel like im sliping, to remind me that god is good and he has a plan for us. You have taught me so much and no matter what choices you make for your channel, cutting back, changing style, or whatever other decisions you make in the future, i will forever be grateful for how much you have done for me. That being said as a new mom with a soon to be new body i find this part of motherhood to be the most challenging. Doing a video around how you overcome the mental obsticals of your body changing so much and what you do to keep a positive mindset or other mental challenges you over came as you transitioned into motherhood might reach out to many viewers :)

Going to miss the grocery hauls with Eloise and Theo but totally understand and honor your commitment to the Lord's call on your life! I would love to see more videos about your faith life; how you work faith and scripture into your homemaking routine, more information about your faith background, and maybe even a "Bible Study" series where you talk through how you read through scripture and what your faith background teaches on the Word and the Church. Love your Channel and so happy you'll be sharing on it still

I feel like there is a perfect balance out there of showing the good moments, and the hard moments. The issue is that creators fear being criticized (or worse like CPS being called) if they show the hard parts or voice any negativity. Parenting is not easy or glamorous. Personally, I would find it hard to watch these vlogs as a working mom who only has evenings and weekends to clean and have family time. I’m sure others compare their lives, feel guilt or like they can’t do “it all” or like Delilah has it all figured out. As someone who came from a single parent household, it’s easy to feel this way.

You're doing the right thing, although I know you probably don't need to be told that. Thank you, also, for being open and honest about being a public figure. I used to watch quite a few family vlogs, but recently have been thinking a lot about videos as 'content' rather than art, and privacy re children, especially with the rise of ai etc. I really hope you find enjoyment and balance in this next stage, and I particularly look forward to hearing more of your advice and renovation story!

I'm so excited about this for you. No matter what you film/post I'm always quick to click on it. Thankful for your perspective on motherhood, faith, homemaking and I'm grateful you're planning to continue posting WHILE also not burning yourself out🩷

Just came across your channel as I was preparing for my 4th child to be born, just so happens it was around the same time as your little Annie came. (love her name!) So very glad to be hearing you aren't stepping away completely, really enjoying the Godly content you are putting out. Really like having another young mom to watch and learn from. Really really appreciate your content! God bless! Also just wanted to say I love your house style, it just seems so calm and peaceful to me! Any chance you do home reno inspirations for other people?!

As someone who loves having home movies, I take lots of clips of my daughter and at the end of the month, I edit a video of all the clips and post unlisted videos into yearly organized playlists that are also unlisted. Such an easy and manageable way to still document whatever you want and maintain privacy, & can share those private memories with family 🤍

I am a mom of 3 and work full time… so I can image how busy you must get!! I enjoy anything you share really!! I’d love to see more date night ideas or prep… as those videos may be private!

Amen!! I found you through renovation videos and not through vlogs. It’s scary how dark the internet is, I am protective of my daughter’s privacy because of it, so I 100% get it. I’ll still be a happy follower 😊

Hi Delilah, I want you to know that you have inspired my relationship values with my partner. You have inspired me to do more DIY in my home. You have inspired me to try cooking new things and when I become a Mother I'm sure, I will be inspired by you then. The way you and Zach express your love for one another and the way you talk about your relationship and how you serve one another and work as a team is beautiful. Some videos I would like to see in the future would be your morning and night routines and maybe a video on your relationship values and how these have evolved from the beginning of your relationship and marriage to now. I am so grateful I came across your channel many years ago, take care and God bless you and your loved ones.

Darn I love your day in the life or week in the life videos. Although I completely understand why you’re choosing to step back a bit. Sarah Therese did the same and her new channel is awesome. I’m looking forward to the home making videos. Your decluttering series was one of my favorites.

I’m so excited for the new direction of your channel! I am a professional photographer and I know firsthand how weighing it can be to create something you don’t feel excited about. I started watching your channel about 4 years ago and have loved watching your family grow and transition. But personally, I stopped watched vlogs earlier this year because I found that they made it easier for me to fall into comparison traps and feel like my life or family were less than because my children weren’t as well behaved or my house isn’t as ascetically pleasing as influencers. So I’m really looking forward to a fresh view here!

We all go through seasons and it's good to change things up to get a fresh, creative, new lease on things (and not always in a video making way). My husband and I have just come out of a waiting season and are now in a building one- putting down the paving blocks for our next season to come. Changing things up is exciting! Especially when you can see God move all the time!

I love watching your vlogs to get inspired to interact with my child better. I definitely understand that you need to pull back as the kids are getting older and need to respect their privacy as well as just being able to focus as a parent. You do so much as a wife, mom, homemaker and a home school teacher! I hope the new changes will be good for you and your family!

I just wanted to thank you. I admire you so much in the very deliberate way you make your home and raise your family. I'm adjusting to postpartum with my first child right now and I'm so grateful for your vulnerability. Please give yourself grace. You are so loved by this community. You do so much for everyone in your life, even from what we see here in your videos. You're doing a great job, and I only admire you more for the boundaries you set for yourself. Please take care, friend.

If God never let people down, we would be in the perfect world... People wouldn't lose their children of die of diseases. I don't exactly see that. But I wished I could live in that protective illusion.

@@louise9422 I’m not sure how you are interpreting my comment , BUT my youngest child suffers from Crohn’s disease and had a cancer scare this summer. Still , and despite how stressful the last 16 mths have been the Lord was there for us every step of the way. It doesn’t mean this world is perfect. It was never meant to be perfect, but when we allow ourselves to be open to feeling the spirit , his spirit and the comfort it brings, you will understand what I am referring to.

You’re amazing! Praise God for all the glory you’ve given to Him through your videos and praise Him for allowing you to take a step back. Your amazing and I know that God knows best and will praise Him for your choices. Trust in Him! You do that so we’ll and I hope you know there is absolutely no negative feeling or thoughts toward this change (I know that even if there was your faith would allow you to not be shaken) but I just hope you know you are loved and will be missed but there is no anger or negative feelings just joy and peace for you in your future videos (whatever they may hold:)!
