So you're correct. But they are 2 values for each. x = 16 or 2. When x = 16, y = 2 and when x = 2, y = 16. I will upload a video of the solution soon.

I'm very sorry. It's because I felt I had done that expansion many times in previous videos. This is it: (x+2)² = (x+2)(x+2) = x(x+2)+2(x+2) = x²+2x+2x+4 = x²+4x+4
