I had the same issue not showing more then 1.2psi but would read vacuum fine. I had to log the 2bar map and baro in my channels and keep the math etc with the sae map sensor. Thank you for the help, all the way from the land down under with a gtx42 VY SS wagon 😁

Where is the PID for Baro getting the data from in my 2017 Silverado? Is there a baro sensor somewhere in the truck?

It's in the MAF sensor, we have to break it out when going boosted, they make a breakout harness that allows you to plug in a 1 bar map sensor.

@@GoatRopeGarage Thanks! I am hoping to replace my 1 bar on the truck now with a 2.5 bar. I assume I can use the 1 bar I am pulling out for the BARO sensor. Is there a wiring diagram I can use to break out the baro from the MAF? Thanks again!! (2017 Silverado 1500)

You're going way too rich. .85 for direct injection and up to .8 for port will give you the safety you need and still make lots of power.

I am following these instructions and I get a - number for boost. like reading neg 10 psi i tried both maths. map pressure in psi -14.7 and also math using map -barometric pressure at idle i have a -10.6 boost psi number. Solution? What am i doing wrong here?

Hey man! Does a guy have to convert the operating system (p59 ecm) to speed density - 2 bar to make this work? i've tried your way and others but cant get the scanner to read positive pressures in the factory OS. Thanks!

I don't think so, as long as your map sensor is setup correctly, which is independent of the VE table, but it may clamp it.

How do I add the math boost graph to the left side channels?

Boost isn't a parameter usually but you can calculate it by logging manifold pressure and barometric pressure

2003 zo6 with a 2 bar. I added the boost table and it appears to read vacuum fine but only goes to 1.5 on the boost. I have map minus baro. Any ideas?

You update the map parameters for the two bar sensor?

Kyle, the MAP parameters after going to 2 bar were updated to 208 linear and 10.33 offset (based on specs from manufacture) but my buddies 04 Silverado with a magnuson only shows .8-.9lbs boost on 2 bar OS but mechanical shows 5lbs. Thanks! Update got it figured out, he was logging the old MAP and not the MAP for 2 bar after the OS was updated. All good now!

I followed the video but both my boost readings now say 4.9 when it’s not running? My bara pressure says 13.1 and that’s what I put as my math.
