The best teacher you’ve found. That’s great. You’re a sweetheart. A) I don’t tag videos B) I don’t really ask people to respond in a way which would help the algorithm C) I end up working with / selling podcasts to / answering emails from most people so 13,000 people with that is more than enough to handle !!! By all means feel free to comment and like the videos.

Hi Luc, your videos are really helpful. I find you are often the source I go to when I discover something new and confusing, which of course is very often! I was wondering if you had ever done a video on or mentioned the relative pronouns ce à quoi or ce en quoi in another video? I have come across them more and more in places where I would have thought à quoi, ce qui or ce que would have worked but alas no, quelle surprise, j'aurais dû deviner! Sorry to bother you since I am not a paying pupil, just a lurker over your videos :) regards Sean

Hi sorry I’m still confused about “qu'est ce que” vs “qu’est ce qui” vs “qui est ce qui” vs “qui est ce que”
@logiclanguagelearningFrench4 жыл бұрын
qu'est-ce que is a question form when immediately afterwards you have a subject doing a verb. ie qu'est-ce que + subject ( je , tu , il a name, a thing, etc) + verb qu'est-ce que tu manges, what is it that you eat ie what are you eating qu'est-ce qui is when you ask a question which does not then bringin someone to do the verb, just follows with the verb ie qu'est-ce qui se passe, what is happening? qu'est-ce qui s'est passé ? What happened qu'est-ce qui t'arrive? What is happening to you

French Classes from LogicLanguageLearning Soo.. If am asking “what are you doing tomorrow”I would use “Qu’est-ce qui tu fais demain ?” and when I ask something like “what is going faster” I would use “Qu’est-ce que va le plus vite ?” “Who did you invite” “Qui est-ce que tu as invité ?” “Who is going to France with you ?“ “Qui est-ce qui va en France avec too ?” Note: thank so much for responding me so quickly I know it’s late (it’s like 5:50 am for me I didn’t sleep .... I hate online classes due to the viruse) but thank you soo much for helping me
