This is my cousin! She was my grandfathers cousin, and I am so happy that she is up here! I can now show my grandmother her sister-in-law. Thank you so much for sharing this!

There's a lovely gospel feel to this song by Lois. The dude harmonizing in the background with the voice that goes all the way down to the bottom of his boots sounds like one of the Statlers.

She is still alive to my knowledge (as of 2 yrs ago), saw her sing a couple tunes at a getogether I attended. She looked to be not in the greatest health, but that can probably be mostly attributed to age. Not sure where she lives now, but think she is still close to home (union, knox, or sevier co.) Hope this helps you a little bit anyway.

Yes, she is from Maynardville. My sister's best friend in high school. Would like to know if she's still alive too.

She handled high notes as well as anyone. Perhaps better than anyone! Wish that baritone in the choir had been featured more.

Lois was a much better singer that Jeannie Pruitt. But the two sounded pretty much alike . Excellent song sung by Lois .

I was lucky enough to be her friend and produced an album for her in the late '90s. I am creating videos for my personal channel (carfora) and would be happy to link your items with mine or mine with yours. Just let me know. My wife and I loved her and still miss her.

It’s a great song that should have gone top ten. Perhaps someone will dust this one off and take it there. The bass singer sounds like Harold Reid of the Statlers or Richard Sterban of the Oaks. Any clues?

I used to listen to this song and i just knew my husband was having an affair it just sounded like she would tell him to come on in now he has passed away and i know who she is she is still alive and i know this sounds bad but I hate it that he touched her and kissed her and she is still here and i have no closure i am bitfer but i like the song she is a great singer

How do you know your husband touched and kissed her ? Did you see this actually happened, or did you just dream it happened ?
