Well they wanted to hit the fishing market since they also love fishing themselves and since they seem to focus on premium they got Gary Yamamoto. Walmart in my area has really stepped up . From hooks to rods & reels , the selection Lojo is most impressive ! ... Your Googan baits of course are there and you know that, but have not seen the new items from Googan Squad , but i'm sure they will will have a drop shipment soon. Myself fishing has had some of a new craze comeback. and Walmart has noticed this from there tracking. I'm sure if they see Bass Pros and Cabella's ( Worlds Largest ) , they want part of the action as well.

The drag on your DC reel didn't stop working. When you're spooled up with braid on Shimano reels sometimes the line will literally all be spinning on the reel. Best way to fix this is to put a small amount of electrical tape around the spool with no line on it. Then put line back on the spool and it won't happen anymore. Had this happen on mine and I thought it was busted untill I did that and it never happened again.

I am a huge Rapala Shad Rap fan from Walmart. Most expensive has to be the savage gear swim baits in the 8” plus and the Huddleston swim baits. They don’t cost as much as a Depps but are great!

@LOJO I think the reason your drag was slipping in the video even though it was tightened down wasn't because of the drag. I've had that happen before when the braided line i was using wasn't tied to the spool well enough and all of the line was slipping around the spool at the bottom where it was tied. I had to pull all the line off and respool it with a good tight knot around the spool the bottom that wouldnt slip and it was fine after that.
