Well, ok, most of the clips. He was unsure of the one clip, which I think he had wrong, I think it was Shuri, and he pulled the wrong Korg clip. I guess you can't please everyone. People complained about the wandavision finale not having greater implications for the mcu and it being a cgi action fest. Yet people complained about the loki finale for having too much exposition that actually set up greater implications for the mcu and not enough action. I thought it was a great season finale for loki. Similar to a season of supernatural, there was resolution to the main season long story: who created the tva and why. It then ended on a cliffhanger that sets up season 2.

For example, when Sylvie meets the other variant Loki's our Loki introduces them by saying "us" in the future, us as a kid, etc. Not to mention it was Jonathan Majors who is confirmed to be playing the other Kangs by Feige himself. It's a little confusing I know, but make no mistake it was a Kang. Just not one of the SUPER evil ones. He even says "see you soon" when he's dying, referring to the other Kang variants who are now free to create havoc across time and space once again.

I just realized that Steve Rogers going back in time to create his own timeline was probably after the events of Loki, since Loki escaped in the middle of Endgame. Therefore, a branched reality would be permitted.

Actually this Loki is from 2012 which still means that time brancing is permitted for Rogers but it also means that any event after the first avengers may have created even more timelines meaning more possible variants of charaters that are dead after Endgame, even Iron Man.

I think the ending is one of the Kangs that was released because of all the new chaos. He went to work fast. He discovered the TVA. And got control of it. Wiped their memories. What looks like it was a couple minutes for Loki might’ve been thousands of years for this new TVA controlling Kang. I don’t get the theory that Loki was sent to another universe TVA because they said that there was only 1 TVA and it exist outside of the timelines.

Both Mobius and B-15 look like shit in the scene where they first look at the branches because they've both been thru hell. They're both in places removed from time, while you can go to anytime on earth time still passes at the TVA (how that one variant had memories from hundreds of years prior). So Kang can take over the TVA, or create it, by going back in time after discovering time travel. So when Loki was thrown in there, Immortus had "already" been killed.

I also dont think Renslayer is seeking out a new Kang, but that she received directions from He Who Remains to go to the same TVA that Loki was about to be sent to. I think that was the message that Miss Minutes said she needed instead of what she asked for. And the symbolism behind the "in search of free will" is that she is searching for Loki, the only Loki who has apparently exercised free will since Sylvie ultimately fulfilled her fate with Kang's killing.

I saw a theory which I liked which was that what caused the branch on lamentis wasnt loki and sylvie’s romance but their death. Kang speaks about how he had search forever for a replacement and decided it could only be them and only he knew they were on lamentis and weren’t supposed to be, hence why the TVA’s sensors picked up a branch during an apocalypse

One interesting (possibly unintentional) Easter egg is that windows that were framing Kang. In the first half of the office scene you see the big circle and two smaller circles in the top left and right. This could be a hommage to Disney and more specifically micky mouse. You could also consider the later half of the office scene to be similar to the TVA upside down scene when those windows(and subsequently the Disney ears) facing downwards and much closer to the larger circle. Possibly referring to Kang not knowing what was going to happen by appearing as if the 'ears' are tucked back as animals tend to do in uncomfortable situations.
