I love that you’re so genuine and honest with not only how you’re feeling but how you live your life. There are so many fake influencers out there going out of their way to portray a lifestyle beyond their means or feigning an always happy, party life. Not everyone is interested in watching people party all the time or traveling to all these destinations. You live a life that most people have and you’re so real about it. You’re inspiring to so many people and I hope you continue to stay true to yourself.

Consider volunteering... nothing is predictable and the wonderful feeling you get from helping others is unparalled. My mom delivers food to disabled folks once a week and she has devoloped connections and rapport with each- they look forward to her coming and they chat and share such love and appreciation. It makes her feel better than anything else could! Thanks for being so honest and real....we love you Lauren! xo

The best thing I ever did was get off social media. I deleted my FB and IG accounts off my phone in December of last year and I am so at peace now. I still love long form content and really enjoy your videos! I know you need socials for your job, but I guess I would just suggest to create for those platforms, but try not to consume so much of it. I realized that scrolling and letting literally thousands of other people’s ideas and thoughts enter my brain on a daily basis was extremely unhealthy. Why would a strangers opinion of me and what I’m doing matter AT ALL? It truly doesn’t, but we put such a heavy weight on that and I just feel like it stole all my joy. I’m so much happier now honestly! Keep being you! You have a huge community here that keeps coming back for your content! ❤

Wow.. it is funny you mention feeling like you are in stagnant lifestyle. Because I was just talking to my boyfriend about the same thing. I was like I feel like everyone my age are in different chapters of their life. He was like "is every book you read the same in each chapter?" It was like a giant realization, everyone is living/reading a different book. Which I knew, but needed the refresher.

I felt drawn to watch this video and when you mentioned the thought of getting a dog I was like omg. I know you've been talking about traveling more and stuff, so I just wanted to say I'm 25 and I actually was in a similar boat 6 months ago and got a dog. It's been so much fun, but I actually just rehomed her like an hour ago (found a great home for her ❤) because I realized it's more responsibility than I'm ready for right now, especially in an apartment. I've also started traveling more and boarding/daycare is so expensive. Rehoming her was absolutely heartbreaking. So in the nicest way, if you are thinking about it, just know it adds a ton of responsibility to your life, and you can always get a dog when you're a little older...but everyone's different!! It is a very happy thing and they add so much joy to your life :')

I just found you not long ago and you’ve become my favorite creator so quickly. ❤❤❤I don’t know if you already do this but if you keep getting in a random funk, try tracking your cycle !! I started doing that a few months ago and there’s a huge pattern between my luteal phase and my bad moods. Everyone always says your period is the worst, and no one really talks about the couple weeks leading up to it 😂 it has made it so much easier to cope with my bad days !!! 🫶🫶🫶

Hi Lauren, hope this won’t come out as too forward or opinionated but as with many wellness influencers I noticed, it’s all about daily exercise, healthy eating habits, trying out new workout outfits and skincare etc which is certainly an important part of self care and healthy habits routine but since you mentioned feeling a bit stuck etc I was thinking maybe you would benefit and enjoy from giving back to the community in some form such as volunteering or fostering an animal or whatever that might be. I think, it could give you some sense of purpose, growth and fulfillment. Hope this suggestion doesn’t come off in a wrong way but I’m simply speaking from a personal experience and figured I would give you some feedback. Love your channel by the way. It’s very motivating and enjoyable to watch😊😊

I relate so much to the over-independent lifestyle. Like i know it's admirable to be able to do that and makes me a very strong person. But like, sometimes I feel like there are parts of life I'm missing out on.

I have to say, I am super weirded out by the colostrum trend. As a mom who breastfed, it’s the first substance that your body produces for your baby…so what is being sold to you is cow’s colostrum. Like why do adult humans need that?! And cows have to give birth to produce colostrum which means their babies aren’t getting it, you are. Sorry to kill the excitement over that product but it’s just so messed up when you take the time to actually think about what you are consuming and question if it’s even necessary for us to thrive.

@SarahRotavera I'm so glad I'm not the only person who has had this thought and felt bad for the baby cows who aren't getting their moms colostrum. I am currently breastfeeding my third baby and every time I see people promoting this I just get sad thinking about people taking the colostrum out of baby cows milk. I don't see any purpose for adults to consume colostrum, it serves a very specific purpose and is only present in our milk for a short time so clearly isn't needed much beyond 1-2 weeks of life
@laurensnyder4 ай бұрын
I too was curious about this! But before purchasing and trying myself, i read into the brand and saw that ARMA Colostrum is cruelty-free and only uses surplus colostrum from grass-fed cows, which would otherwise be waste product! So their baby's are getting it first, and because they produce EXCESS, that is what is used in ARMRA. hopefully that cleared any confusion! :)
