That's not a bad idea really but you can also use full resource to your advantage while waiting on poison rotation of COE

Why does your gear show "Bane of the Trapped" instead of "Legacy of Dreams". Secondly, is there an optimized way to swing Grim Sctyhe ? as in swing against one mob at a time or move the mouse around to hit multiple ones ?

Auto-Frozen skeletons (numlock) are an alternative to Mage. The auto-cast do not interrupt the character, and the scythe automatically give them a target. The mana drop is generally sufficient and it proc Krysbin x3 at least on one target. And with the slot liberated, you can slot Auto-Poison lance for damage, or Auto-Stun lance for damage (proc Krysbin x3) and crowd control. The only caveat with the Poison Scythe is its damage scales with the number of targets scythed. Against a single target, it tends to be weak.

I think this a good step for a necromancer. If you think about it, most of the other classes feel and are smooth buffed especially with speed builds, and the Necro is one of the only classes where it crumbles easy at times. Necro could easily have a class much like the wizard of speed running explosives, but instead with corpse explosion which would be visually stunning. Since they brought back the necro, I've really been waiting for them to give more options because it's seemed very limited and way less visually enticing compared to d2. The only thing I want to see more than anything in D3 is a viable speed farming build (physical Corpse Explosion/pet crossbuild) because its like the definition of blood and bone in terms of visuals. It'd also be wicked if they fixed inarius bonemancer set build, cuz that was wicked when the necromancer first came out.. and what they really need for more curses, cuz its ridiculous that a necromancer has only three. One it should have is Iron Maiden where damage is reflected back on a more ridiculous scale for a thorns build necro. 2. It should have a curse called attract where just like d2, enemies mob a target of their own, which would be whoever it was targeted at.. this would be an elite killer. It's either that or confuse cuz the necro needs a distraction curse being as squishy as it is. . Weaken so you take less damage from mobs even.

Hey LF great video! Inspired me to put this build together. I'm only at 8/13 ancients currently but already doing GR70 with ease. The only problem I'm having is survabiliity. If I'm whackin away I'm usually fine but going around and grouping things up, it seems that any thing with range is gonna just chip me away before I can get going. Any tips?

Fluff they need to fix leggers disdain so that you can swing with essence near max and still do damage. Ridiculous mechanic. Wish they'd remove thorns and fix inarius which has so much potential but is weighed down by poor mechanics and interactions

My issue is I want them to buff creativity. You should be rewarded for playing something that is unique, but if they buffed or added items that are suppose to help off-meta builds. Then meta builds just steal that conspect and ruins it for everyone else. Kind of like card of demise in yugioh. It was ment to speed up Rouge decks to help them against meta but then meta builds just used demise and just made meta decks busted so it got hit by Ban list. We need a season of fulffy we're all the voice acting and sound effects are done by you 😍

BecAuse they aren’t poison damage and don’t proc nayrs. They would also interfere with stand alone.

It's kind of interesting that it's similar to what the current #1 Necromancer on the season 20 leaderboard is today, which is a Death Nova build. Although, I wasn't trying to copy them and they use a LoD build while I use Inarius. I don't know if I just suck at making good builds but it took me over 12 hours to figure this one out through testing. Instead of using Inarius to power up Cursed Scythe like in your older video I used it to power up Death Nova. Only possible thanks to the changes to Kanai's Cube. you can hold down triggers on console to the same effect, nor is it nearly as spammy as devour, so it's not so bad

I am having trouble with this on PS4 as well, I tried to rubberband R1 and holding down R2 for skele and golem, R2 for golem doesn't seem to cast (maybe no target?), and sometimes holding down R1+R2 causes my character to cast something and stay in one spot where I cannot move. I am having more luck casting the minions manually. atm paragon 1141, all ancients, with x5 Caldensann Rank100 augments, I do GR98/99 in slow 10-12 mins runs..... so kinna struggling =/

Just tested this for you on stream! Turns out if you swap out curse for blood rush, wear nems instead of parthans and put on a pair of stuerts over illusory boots... it's pretty darn fast. 5 min 100s

I tried a little on PTR with the iron rose mechanic. It wasn't the worst. RG kills were a huge problem however.

How does "Decrepify - Borrowed Time" work? Is it [Maintaining 20 mobs cursed before using a CD], or [have to keep 20 mobs cursed during a On-Cooldown CD]?

before using the CD, cooldown is checked when you use a skill. There's very few items that effect cooldown after a cast like in-geom, blood is power etc...

You numlock the skeles so they're mostly exploded all the time. Even with all of them up it still provides 20% dr which isn't something to shake your head at anyway.

yeah your skeletons will be gone as soon as they spawn so you're really only losing the mitigation from having the golem alive all the time.

I have to say it... Unity is overrated. Even though your follower cant die, they can still take damage. So if they just stand around or do nothing, and take damage, you take damage. So honestly, until blizzard improves the follower ai, unity is about useless, imo. Unless you are lucky to have a follower to avoid most of everything. Lmao xD

Andariel's Visage would be good if you like to drop in and swing for the 2 seconds after bone armor stun b/c of the attack speed. I'd rather have the constant 40% triple krysbin's proc and then do another pull every 10 seconds to reset CC, but I'm sure both styles are fun to play.
