To anyone reading this - No food will ever be as unhealthy as having an eating disorder.. Being able to ENJOY food is just as (if not more) important as fuelling your body for optimal health 🙏🏼 Food is such an integral part of connecting with people and NOTHING is worth ruining those moments by obsessing over the nutritional value. As ‘wrong’ as it will feel initially, I promise the temporary discomfort is SO worth the long-term freedom you gain 💕 If you can’t do it for yourself, remember that you can only show up fully for others if you nourish yourself properly first. Choosing recovery is the only way if you want to be able to reach your true potential ✨ your healthy weight is whatever weight you are as a byproduct of living life to the fullest Thank you for being such a positive light in this space, Elzani 🫶🏼🫶🏼

It is quite amazing to see you so happy and thriving. You’ve literally changed your life and hope I can have that for myself one day. But if you really love snow this much, I suggest you come here. We had a 4 day blizzard… our third storm of the year. Snow is everywhere. We don’t have the beautiful, historical architecture to look at tho. Your recovery is honestly beautiful. Mine? Not so much.

Personally I can’t stand this type of obession. Why does it matter to anyone else? How many times haven’t girls/women been asked this question just because she’s happy and is spending time with a guy?
