I know this was 2 months ago, but just in case you're still feeling sad - I think Drew mentioned in one of the videos that the lady who sold it was very much aware that it was an expensive chair and she just wanted someone to take it off her hands. Sometimes people sell things not because they desperately need money but because they just don't want to bother having something fixed or they have too much stuff or bought something new and need space for it. Putting it up on FB marketplace can be an easy way to have someone come over and pick stuff up for a quick buck, too, instead of having to arrange/pay for pickup service. So I'm sure there's no need to feel sad for her in this case. :)

Good evening Drew and congratulations Justin thats amazing..Back in 1990 when i lived in Massachusetts i went to s yard sale snd bought a besutiful painting of vienna for 5.00 and the frame itsrlf was gorgeous and on the back had the artist name and number..Brought it home snd took it a friend who owned an srt gallery snd let me say i had to sit down it was worth 25,000.00 and i got it for 5.00...That was a great find for me..

Holy cow! The chair sale price, astounding :O Congratulations, Justin :) One of my kids therapists, dad, used to be a Fire Fighter. He said that when you burn a candle, wax actually disperses into the air and onto the walls. The amount of house fires he attended, and the homes have gone up so fast because of the wax coating the walls.

Drew, thanks for the Amazon candle warmer tip. I went and bought the same one and they had a 15 dollar coupon off offer ! I am embarrassed to say I actually have a cabinet devoted just to my candle obsession but have stopped lighting them because I have 2 very crazy cats who try to light their tails on fire ! Congrats to Justin on the chair sale! When are you getting a dog? They add so much to your life. I have had Standard Poodles for years and currently have a 75 lb SP named Aramis (yes, like the 70s men's cologne and the name of one of the Three Muskateers). Standard Poodles do NOT shed or have a doggie odor. Despite their size, they are gentle and not destructive. They are so smart and loving and highly trainable. Standards are actual dogs, much different from miniatures and toys. I can see you with a Standard Poodle. Think about it, please.
