I am so excited for you! This reminded me of the day I found out that I was approved for my house purchase. It also took me about a year of searching so I definitely felt your pain of finding one then losing it to someone else starting again etc. I also never thought that I would become a homeowner at my age (67). But my circumstances demanded that I start over. I guess it goes to show you that it is never too late. Love your videos and ideas can't wait to see what you come up with for your new house. Srsly. That has to be the cleanest basement in the history of 1920's style homes. Usually when you look under a house there are spiderwebs, dead animals from years gone by, dust, and all things spooky.
