Loneliness is something that we all will experience at some point in life. kurzgesagt made a video talking about loneliness that I really loved, but I think they focused a little too much on the science behind loneliness. There is another aspect to being lonely, that I will reveal to you in this video!
Click Here To See My EXCLUSIVE Content: bit.ly/2YBMWGK
Loneliness is something that is more apparent than ever before, especially with the way the world is right now. All the media outlets are saying to be sure to reach out to your family, and to stay connected to avoid feeling lonely. I agree you should do this, but this might also, be a great opportunity to take advantage of being lonely, and to really ask your self “Why am I feeling Loneliness in the first place? It might be for a reason you were not expecting. Loneliness is a global epidemic, but not for the reason that you think.

@coppersense999

@@MasculineMan partly. I would call it acceptance rather than letting go, just to lean toward the positive. And it starts with letting go of shame and self-hatred in favor of self-acceptance and self-love. We know what love should look like but somehow forget to step back and treat ourselves with that love. If our parents didn't model it, then we suffer for not having that early integration that let's others take their foundation for granted. Fortunately, our screwed up lives are great reminders that we are attempting to build on broken foundations, but it is never too late to begin again and rebuild on solid foundations of love. Gotta be your own, though. Helps if friends support you, but it is a solo job once you are an adult and that is not something parents can ruin or fix either past a certain age. Just gotta do the work.

had that problem to but not anymore it’s not going to go away but through time if you work on it it will be better and another thing is not get in your head the reason why is having like in the video is “repressed feelings “. For example i thought that i was always going to make mistakes and i had scenarios going through my head saying that” she’ll never like me or i will never make friends”. The point is to just go all in and not let your emotions take control of you because ultimately everytime that happens you will be feeling lonely as a result. learn to accept to make you a better person and you will not be lonely i promise you.

This video is 100% related to my story, in term of concept. I used to finance my father since i was 12 y/o, until 21 (when i enter college by myself). After that i done a lot of arguments with him. Now he is suffering with major depression and also not stop contacting me. I feel free in some point, but, somehow, i miss about how he treated me (even though it really unhealthy). Now I'm lonely, like, I don't know what the meaning if my life.

They’ve try numerous times to be in a relationship then finally they gave up and accepted fate of being alone possibly forever. For them it seemed a little scary but the pros beat the cons. Saved more money, they could do whatever they want. Let’s say this person is me. Is it bad that I don’t mind being alone?

The best motivation to go inside and deal with all your issues and uproot limiting false beliefs is self-love. That means being willing to face the ugliest most shameful parts of yourself with non-judgmental positive self-regard. Very difficult to do, especially if you believe all the self-critical thoughts that are on constant replay like a weather report. Amazing the lies we believe about ourselves that we would scoff at if anyone else voiced them. Doesn't matter if someone else is convinced it is pouring rain outside, if you see the sun shining you leave the umbrella at home. Despite all evidence to the contrary we let our inner critic dump on us and proceed to go into the world bundled up in shame and self-delusion, believing our self-hating thoughts to be facts. Part of the problem is black and white thinking that doesn't allow us to accept contradictions, like a loving, generous Dad who was also sometimes verbally abusive to his kid for no good reason. Learn to flex and accept cognitive dissonance and pursue self-love. I wish Houston and Carey hadn't devoted sappy songs to the topic. To me, they have the same effect as the Stuart character on SNL had on positive affirmations, taking important spiritual practices and making them seem corny. Idgaf it is my primary aim every single day to make up for years of neglect during my formative years with radical intentional active self-care.

Hey Mitch Manly, somewhere listening I felt that I am the guy in this. I felt it and I wish to know the solution to this problem. How can I find the past emotional issues lying in deep mind.? What to do if we find it..? How to dealt with it ? How to forget it or make peace with those past issues ? Please make another video about the solutions.

Hi Mitch, I have a question: Do you animate your videos yourself? If yes, how did you learn it and with what program do you do it? If no, who does it for you and where did you find that person? I would like to start a similar youtube channel like yours (but with another topic), but I really don't know how to animate videos like this and I don't know where to find someone with this skill, with who I can partner up. It would be great if you could give me an advice or just a simple answer! Thank you!:)
