Pretty soon you'll be caught up to the same number of KC Tool unboxing video's I've done! I think I'm up to 26 now. The brushes are most likely made by Redecker. The Hazet and Stahlwille looks like a rebrand of Redecker 317014. The Gedore one looks like a custom job, but still in the style that you see from Redecker.

Lol, you two are my Euro tool infomercial channels XD

Haha, I've slowed down a bit with work and needing to get some time in on the cars. You were always first. I hope the arthritis gets better and work will slow down a bit for you, it is sad not having the videos to look forward to every Sunday. Thanks for the insights on the brushes, I just did their ridiculously over analytical breakdown today. Needless to say, the Stahlwille and Hazet are identical minus the branding.

High praise, thanks!

So far I think those brushes are made by Lessmann, they offer a really large style selection, and the Stahlwille brushes are definitely made by them. I am thinking since Redecker is more of a household brush company, Lessmann being the industrial one, the Redecker is also a rebrand from Lessmann.

The jokers are a great wrench I have an original set without the color banding. I have personally used the nut holding feature. They are worth the money.

Stabila levels are the best I’ve got the little one with out the magnets and the 250mm torpedo level with holster. Really strong magnet. We use some kind of mitre shears to cut plastic conveyor belt in work. They may do the job for cutting your hose. I send you a pic.

I would guess the notch on the bottom of the scissors is designed to run along the edge of the table (or a rail ?) when cutting sheets of fabric, to help keep a straight line?
@vaporghost52305 жыл бұрын
That part on the bottom hold of the Scissors is to keep them flat against the cutting surface..

Good to know...while those scissors didn't work for what I had hoped, they have turned out to be fantastic for other materials.
@karlnapp75645 жыл бұрын
They are tailor scissors, made to cut fabric/cloth.
@lonestarmopars5 жыл бұрын
They are really good scissors, but not for my hose, lol.

I think you have to pull the stabila out of the black case.

Hey, have you made it to work? How the scissors are ? Helpful?

The scissors are great, but not for the hose, lol. The fix is in tho...it'll be a in a future video!

What about a pvc pipe cutter for the hose?
@lonestarmopars5 жыл бұрын
Stay tuned for a future tool haul...got something that gets it done!

Consider using a ratcheting PVC pipe cutter for your hoses.

I wound up sending a sample to KC Tool and we got a fix...it'll be in a future video.

Maybe cable shears would be great for cutting hoses.
@lonestarmopars5 жыл бұрын
We kind of went that route...the solution will be in a future tool haul! I do use cable shears for nylon and some SS braided hose at the house fwiw...works great...als good for rubber and twist-lok hoses.

If the scissors don’t work out try pvc cutters
@lonestarmopars5 жыл бұрын
Spoiler: They didn't work. I wound up sending hose to KC Tool for testing and we got something lined out...It'll be in a future Tool Haul!

IT has been pretty good...it is a a lot like an MTech I have, so you might be able to go that route and get it cheaper. I need to compare the two honestly.

Cutting paper with a shears is the worst thing you could do to it if it's not made for paper did you ever cut something that was so hard you had to put it on the table and put pressure on the handle that's what that little tablets for

Is it me or KC tool expensive?
@link63975 жыл бұрын
Well it's all German so... I guess you could buy off of bang good if you wanted to save on cash.
@ejcruz61185 жыл бұрын
Boney M I should have been more specific. The price on amazon, and price on KC tool. You can find some of these items they share at different prices. KC tool being the more expensive..
@PlasticComplex5 жыл бұрын
KC Tools does seem expensive. Here in the UK, German brands are not as expensive. The same scissors are like $55 on Amazon UK.
@lonestarmopars5 жыл бұрын
When you catch sales, or Tool of the Day they are pretty solid. Naturally, anything German is going to be higher over here...same with American products crossing the ocean. Lots of people use Amazon.de, I had bad experiences in the past going that route.
@HunGredy5 жыл бұрын
@@ejcruz6118 ThatQs probably because aside from the money they want to make selling them, they also have to account for shipping and import. Amazon can dodge that due to being the largest retailer with its advanced shipping methods, but for example if I order from Amazon.com USA, when the stuff arrives in my country in Europe, I have topay 27% VAT for import and an additional 12% if it exceeds 150 EUR in value, and suddenly I am at 1,5 times the price of what it was when I ordered them. I have no idea if you face the same when you order from Amazon.de to the USA, but import VAT would drasticly increase the price if you are a professional retailer like KCTool.
