Two very good installations. Good on you for calling out the flimsy mount hardware. By the way, you don't need to strip the wires when using jellys. The insulation gets pierced when you clamp down on the connector.
@AdamDunlopElectrical10 ай бұрын
Ok cheers I thought it would be better connected with stripped and doubled over wire

@@AdamDunlopElectrical Your logic is sound. However, the jellies are designed with metal prongs inside that pierce the insulation to make a connection. This would only work with low voltage, obviously. It makes these connectors very handy as so little effort is needed to make an electrical attachment.

Gret install. use your grips the other way round. they are designed to almost self grip & tighten better.

Very true although these grips aren’t the best and I didn’t wanna scratch the gland

bit of advice mate...use an online audio mastering tool to help with the audio, intro doesn't match the video volume 👍 this is not a criticism, keep up the good work

Did that 1st property not already have a Rolec EV charger? Could you not just replaced it?

Doubt the cable would be big enough for a real charge point

Most Ev chargers are marketed at 1000 including vat roughly unless it’s a zappi and it’s 6/700 charger
