Mellissa you are a person that is so fair. And takes pride in your eBay store. The care you take is amazing. The customer services online is so bad. So many are using AI. And the ones that used to have call centers here are moving the overseas. It's really bad now. Anyhow. We are rooting for you !!. And hopefully they will ban that person from selling on eBay.

Never seen you angry but rightfully so. That's infuriating. You are definitely nicer than me about it. I can't stand liers and scammers. You take such care and pride in your items and work. Some people are just awful. I hope it gets resolved in your favor soon. Menopause is awful. I've been going through it for about a year😮 now and I'm just over it already. Happy New Year

I hear you about the menopause. I'm honestly not sure how I'm going to fair when the FL summer starts in April/May and it is humid and 90-100+ degrees. It is crazy how our bodies cannot regulate its own temperature!

Oh my gosh, you are so right to be upset and to feel the way that you do because I have felt the same way and it shouldn’t have to take that many calls. The problem is that they have new customer service reps that gets to go in to a catalogue of pre-written Answers and they just click on all these sentences and string them together to make a letter and send it to you and they don’t even do their work by looking at the notes and the problem is the more notes you have the less likely that they are going to read them because they are timed and that is the nature of a call center it is basically easier to just refund the buyer and let them keep their purchase because Ebay wants to be Amazon for the buyer and when you have a seller who figures out how to screw other sellers as a way to source products they are not happy when you put a wrench in it.

LOL Free shipping has absolutely nothing to do with the return issue you had - why are people so ignorant - that is a huge pet peeve of mine and my biggest pet peeve is "doing someone else's job" - like you having to call a jillion times to get help. Why can't they just do their job - make appropriate notes in your account when they say they will and actually refer back to the notes when you call or correspond again.UGH! Makes me furious too!

Ebay is on my last nerve. I had a person give me negative feedback, they said i sent them the wrong thing, I sent spiderman, they said it was a doll. They sent a pic of a doll. I never seen this doll, i sent the correct item. I have free returns for 30 days, they never opened a return, but they are saying i still sent them the wrong thing, so i messaged the customer and asked them to please open return if i sent the wrong item. They wont! If i sent the wrong thing, why not open a return? I asked them to remove the negative feedback, they responded, you did all the right things, but we werent there when customer opened package, we dont know what you sent! Again, if i sent the wrong item, why not open a return. They are terrible when it comes to the sellers. Now i have a negative feedback and theres nothing i can do. My guess is, maybe the buyer made a mistake, now they went a wall, now im stuck with negative feedback that is totally undeserved. Its insane how they treat their sellers.

So, you need to call on the phone and get a rational person on the phone. The buyer obviously wanted a free return. The writing sounds too awful for AI. Ebay usually sides with the buyer. I accept returns, buyer pays. I do that because it’s just easier.

Just recently your videos have started having ads literally about every 5 minutes. Besides being annoying, I tend to listen to you on a bluetooth speaker in a different room from where my computer is, so I feel like I constantly have to go back and forth to hit the SKIP button. While I would like you to get rick from ad income, is there any way you could make them like 10 minutes apart? Thanks.

By now I am convinced it all depends on the device you watch. I used to cast videos to my smart tv, with chrome cast, and they were constantly interrupted for sets of at least 5 different ads… longer sets of ads than on my iPad where most channels have only one of two ads. I started to observe and in my iPad or my iPhone I get no ads in Mellissa’s videos, not one single ad when I watch her on KZbin app on my iPad. Been watching this video and still no ads for me. I’m not in the US though. Not sure it has something to do as I get loads of ads everywhere.

At the very least it's the principal of the situation that would make me fight for a refund. Have you tried contacting eBay For Business on Facebook instead? Sellers seem to have better success contacting those folks when it comes to getting issues resolved in their favor.
