Just watch who you rent to . Or rent from. Also check to see if you need insurance, business license.

Make sure your insurance will cover what you do if you are running a business. A Uber driver we know totaled her vehicle while driving a customer. Her car insurance didn't cover her because she was using her personal car as a car service.

Wise idea. Times getting hard now. No raise of pay, so we need to make extra money to survive and live comfortably, once it's legal and honest money.

You can’t blame them. Landlords are trapped. Tenants got so much support from the state and the city but landlords got nothing. On top of that you cannot kick them out even if they are not paying rent. Price of everything is going way up and there is not other way but renting your house.
