भईया जी रनिंग के बाद जब jump करते है तो पैर ऊपर ही नहीं उठते तो हम क्या करे प्लीज reply बगल वाला कहता है कि जहा तुम फिजिकल दोगे वहा भी तो रनिंग के बाद ही jump होगा तो फिर कैसे करोगे
