According to his training plan, on his long run days he does 22-27 miles at 5:40 mile pace, so its probably that or something close.

Weird thing is, I live in Flag and when I got back from a long run here, I immediately got on youtube to check Mo Farah's account and I saw this. O.O 😂 What a coincidence. xD It's hard training in Flagstaff because the elevation is so high and it takes a while to get used to.😰
