It has been 17 years... I watched this video almost on a daily basis, while dreaming of having my first longboard skate, wich I really wished it to be a loaded dancer. I was in high school, saving up money while working with my dad to buy my first board. Back at that time, here in Brazil longboarding wasn't a popular thing as near as it is today and US imports always were so expensive to me, a lower-middle class individual, so I never got the chance to own a Loade Dancer myself. No problem, I do not resent my past. This video along with the Whirling Dervish from the same period 'shaped' a huge and happy part of my life, and I look back to it really satisfied because of how tasteful was to just dream.

God obviously put an order in for an amazing board. no matter what new board, no matter what new materials there are, no matter what new technology there is...the dancer has remained as the king, as a legend, as an inspiration. there has been no other board that makes me love longboarding as much as the dancer has. as much as i love the bhangra, nothing can replace the dancer. Long live the Dancer.

@MrVigel You're definitely right with all your statements, but wheelbase is what makes all the difference. I really think it's a dancer/dervish styled hybrid. They took and improved what they had on the dancer and improved it a ton. The tails are like version 5.0 of the dancer's awkwardness of tails. It's lighter. Also added aspects of the dervish (WHEELBASE - very important to overall feel). It honestly feels so much more versatile now, which lends itself to the dervish side of the family.

@bouv1234 i think this was first when loaded came up with the orangatang wheel. so they just wanted to release the wheel in a video. in the newer videos with the dancer, they are using usually purple stims.

@CrownLongboarding I honestly think the bhangra is more similar to the dervish than the dancer. It's a dervish that's wider, topmounted, with awesome tails and a beautiful design. The bhangra only shares the dancer's damp flex, but even then it feels way different since it has some concave and rocker. The bhangras wheelbase is extremely similar in length to the dervish's. The 6 inch gain is in the massive tails.

At around 1:40 where they start sliding down hill. THere's a place called Roadery in my City where its just a very steep downhill and alot of people go down and it's taken i think 3lives in the past couple of months.
