Dunno if it helps, but I struggled with bulimia when I was a teen for a few years, but now I am completely healed ❤ What helped me was understanding the source for it. For me it was the lack of control that I had back then in my life and self hate. Once I understood that, I worked on these two and it helped me get better. For all it's worth, I know it is hard and you are amazing. Remember that ❤

I got all the ingredients I could find to make this from Sprouts and then tried this last night. Didn’t have the barberries or long pepper. I messed up and got roasted pumpkin seeds. 🤷🏾♀️. I had a blend of spinach and kale instead of straight kale. I also cheated and got the Trader Joe’s vegan Caesar’s salad dressing instead of your recipe. I cooked it slightly like you instructed. Wowzers, it was INCREDIBLE , and my carnivore friend also tried it and said it was great. I’ll get the ingredients to try it with your dressing recipe. This is def gonna be a prep staple of mine. Looking forward to trying other high protein vegan recipes of yours, and thank you!

@katitadeb5 ай бұрын
@@fruttojuli_blog_Astrologshe probably eats meat, eggs, poultry, animal fat etc. Our bodies absorb animal protein better that they do plant based, we're omnivores after all. Of course we should eat whole organic foods and a minimum of sugar and refined carbs.
@LifeisthebigO5 ай бұрын
What caused her dementia is so many reasons outside of eating healthy. Perhaps you should google causes of dementia before making a statement like this to discourage people from eating a healthy diet? If anything more studies are showing that a plant based diet can help decrease the chances of dementia and genetics can increase the chances of dementia. So you never know because sometimes you can do everything considered right and still be sick and do everything considered wrong and live a long life.
@bereal82533 ай бұрын
@@fruttojuli_blog_Astrolog i think the grandma probably doesn't eat as much processed food as the rest of us. After all, it wasn't the norm to eat highly processed food 100 years ago. But if OP could clarify what she eats thst would be great. Im struggling to eat healthy and I need ideas 😭😭
