Made the man feel like a criminal and lied on several occasions by stating he was violating the law by not identifying himself and that they hadnt touched him. If you approach me as a member of law enforcement I would expect you to introduce yourself first and foremost, I would expect you to to use Sir when addressing me, as we are not friends or colleagues, and lastly I would not expect you to be placing your hands on me unless it was to place me in custody as you had clear and present evidence that I had broken a law. Given that if you walk up on me saying Brah you got any ID I would tell you to please contact the Supervisor on call so I can speak with someone with an education greater than the 3rd grade. All of the officers involved clearly need additional training.
