There's actually no real POLICE ACADEMY IN THE USA!!! So my sisters who went through to be a hair stylist schooling had to have at least 4,600 hour's of training and schooling on everything hair related and my brothers who left the military went to go to the police training and they said that the actual schooling is 500 hours total for law enforcement education and the the rest of the of the 1,500 hours is on physical training on police hand to hand training. So let's try and fix this and actually get a legitimate police Academy for all the states and territories of the USA and have them take at least 4,600 hours on the actual constitutional law's!!!

I thought it was hilarious how the cops had to eat a huge load of crow. That one corporal misrepresenting the situation and trying to escalate made himself look so foolish and unprofessional that he should get a reprimand and demerit at the very least. If you get his code of conduct manual, you will notice that he simply wiped his rear with it after he read it the first time, knowing that it would never be enforced. He tried to hide his face throughout the encounter but removed it to eat his full load of crow. I think it would have been more productive if the inspector would have pulled the cops together and given them the directives he was trying to give SP, since he already knows the laws and the ones that should be educated are the ones who supposedly enforce those laws, yet don't care to learn them.

If it's a post office built in the last roughly 80 years they have shared jurisdiction. There's some weird law about grandfathered post offices built before a certain date where local police have no jurisdiction. I believe LIA has used this loophole before after he was arrested by the locals in an old post office and walked because the cops had no jurisdiction in that particular post office.

State and Local Police officers are only allowed to carry guns in most Federal buildings if they are on-the-clock working in an official capacity while they are in the building, that means also a dispatched a call to that Federal building and for investigations of a crime .
