The Aquanox demo was so much fun! You could modify the games files in a text editor and f.e. change the amount of turrets on the computer controlled patrol/convoy boats or modify the behaviour of the "AI" of the computer controlled ships. Or even change the level/seabed layout which was produced by some kind of algorithm based level generator relying on grid nodes and curves.

@@Chanwsan Since you like RTS and mech games, would you take a look at Total Annihilation (plus expansions)? There aren't any high-quality walk/playthroughs on KZbin, and I think it might fit your channel.

@@Zaku_Meister Seems like a great game, and a long one as well. Suggestion noted, it will probably take *some* time for it materialise though.

@@Chanwsan Awesome! If you play it, I recommend playing on Hard. The game feels a bit more balanced, and there's some missions where the AI starts with pre-built units, but won't use them on lower difficulties so they just sit idle the whole time.

Yup I played with a k/b. It does support mouse control iirc, but I think it was so bad I rather stick with k/b

No mouse controls during missions. Joystick or M/KB only. However, with an advanced DOSBox fork like DOSBox Staging, you can play it with a modern controller as well, which is a lot of fun.
