Longtime Owner Occupant Tax Exemption LOOP Program Press Conference - 9/9/24

The signing of the amendment proposed by Senator Jay Costa by Governor Shapiro allows the City of Pittsburgh authority to implement its own program to protect homeowners from the upward taxation pressure in developing communities. Homeowners will not be priced out of the neighborhood where they have lived for many years or sometimes generations.
