I just charge the same price if they supply the key or have me supply it. It saves a lot of hassle.

I do the same thing but I also always mention that if I provide the key they get a year warranty vs. their key, which i won't be providing a warranty

You may want to hold off a bit to see what other programmers will jump on the wagon with the others. You wouldn't want to jump into something to fast and end up in the same boat.
