I actually think they really had no idea. Lat reflex during dumbell rowing isn't common knowledge. Thats only one example, but yeah its good to realize you don't know everything so you can continue to grow.

They do it with everyone, it's not that they've never done the workout their own way, they just stay quiet to see the other person's perspective/explanation.

victorafp Ha. Rhino's numbers during his powerlifting career were bonkers. I don't understand how he's being humble when Rhino knows way more about how to body build and knows a hell of a lot about powerlifting because of his huge total. I agree he was. But framing it like Smelly is a guru and Rhino is just some random bodybuilder. Rhino is a one of a kind monster. He's very, very accomplished in two sports.

Rhino is actually pretty funny in a deadpan, sarcastic sorta way. I could watch videos of Stan, Smelly and Silent Mikke lifting and joking like this all day.

@@hjkhhjkh3635compound movements create a bigger capacity for building all muscles. Will squatting make your arms bigger? No, but it will help you be able to withstand harder training in your arms, so yes.

Are you guys going to add more episodes to this series. They are amazing. The concept is great. Look like a body builder but lift like a power lifter. Doesn't get any better than that. I was also cool that Mark Bell is a beast but was showing himself getting gassed on some of the body building moves. Cool Guys and great series keep them coming.

Silent Mike is in so many different KZbinrs strength and bodybuilding/powerlifting videos and ends up friggen everywhere, in the next 3-5 years i reckon he'll be the biggest name out in regards to youtube strength and fitness training. he will just have learnt so much, all the next generation will come to him for all the knowledge hes gathered over the years.

I like the fact that Stan mentioned the volume capacity of the lats. The deltoids, though not a big muscle, can handle quite abit of volume, triceps too if you aren't going super heavy on them. Shit this video is like gold. Stan knows his stuff. Developing that cardio capacity is a great side benefit of proper bodybuilding training.

Smart guy for taking a plate off for Mike so he didn't force different lower back muscles to take too much wait and cause Injury on that early T bar row. I was thinking the exact same.

When doing pull ups does it matter how many you do? I'm about 260lbs and I may be able to punch out 5 or 6 reps in the very beginning of a back workout. Doing them in the middle of a routine is virtually impossible unless using an assist and I'd prefer to do them full on if I'm going to do them.
