You better than anyone know that creatine exclusively swells muscles and no other type of flesh. This increases the ratio of *muscle_volume : fat_volume* , actually making you appear marginally leaner, albiet slightly heavier in reality.

0:00💧 Quick results in shedding water weight can be achieved by making temporary dietary adjustments. 0:25🍽 Reduce creatine intake to minimize water retention, especially if aesthetics are prioritized over performance. 1:42🧂 Cut back on sodium to reduce water weight; aim to stay below recommended daily limits temporarily. 2:21🍞 While carbs are essential, reducing intake can also help in shedding water weight, particularly noticeable in low-carb diets. 3:19🏋♂ Exercise more to deplete glycogen stores and induce sweating, aiding in water weight reduction. 3:23🚰 Ensure adequate water intake to avoid exacerbating water retention due to dehydration. 4:01⚠ Consult a doctor before making significant dietary changes, as water retention can be influenced by various health conditions. 4:32🏋♀ Managing water weight can offer short-term aesthetic benefits but isn't sustainable for long-term health or fitness goals.

I strongly disagree with ditching creatine. The water from creatine is intramuscular which makes you look fuller. The water people drop to look leaner is not the water in muscles. Dropping creatine will just make you look flatter without any improvement in your lean look.
@VirtualGabz6 ай бұрын
You also have muscle as abs and obliques which also would absorb water, thus also making your stomach and waist area bigger. So it is correct to ditch creatine per say.
@xdbot73616 ай бұрын
Thats what im saying
@JoshBenware6 ай бұрын
@VirtualGabz no, creatine stores around 5 lbs of water weight (in the muscle cells) for most people throughout the entire body. If your abs look slightly more developed from intramuscular water retention, then you will look even leaner.

@jadd93guitar6 ай бұрын
Higher levels of salt hold more water. Water is stored throughout the body with those salts. More water stored in your muscles make them feel softer.

I've been taking creatine for 18 years and have done numerous natural bodybuilding comps and I'll tell you that I look much leaner after stopping creatine for 2 weeks. There is definitely water spill over into the surrounding tissue

Not even half-way through the video. You have absolutely no understanding of this topic. Do NOT reduce creatine or carbohydrate intake, both serve to increase muscle volume and reducing them will make your muscles appear flatter, so you will look like you're carrying relatively more fat than before. Honestly terrifying how many subscribers this channel has.
@fox20rps946 ай бұрын
Agree on creatine, but in the short term (a week or less) cutting carbs will make you look leaner before you lose the fullness. Typical bodybuilding prep is very low carb for a few days, glycogen depletion, then carb load for fullness. The point of low carb (and partly depletion) is to get rid of the water that makes you look puffy and keep (via loading and that specific workout) the water that keeps muscles full

@LouTube636 ай бұрын
So the creatine making your body hold more overall water is basically false. There may be a tiny bit more water however, Creatine monohydrate just partitions fluids preferentially into muscle cells which would actually give you a leaner look. So do the opposite lol. I’m also going to disagree with carb cutting. You will lose water but your muscles will look flatter. Bodybuilders load carbs the night before a show to ensure their muscles have as much glycogen as possible to show off their muscles.

Came here to say this. How creatine uses water is a common misconception

I thought this was debunked because water and carbs are stored in the muscle and not under skin. So You actualy just decrease and flaten your muscles with these tips.

This is such bad advice. Furst of all, you have no business telling the general public to manipulate sodium. You have young people watching and they could potentially be harmed if theyre taking your advice and then working out in the heat or sweating profusely with liw sodium. The creatine bit was just pure nonsense. The part about carbs takes longer than one day. It takes about a week for the water to shed. Nothings going to make you look leaner overnight. Being as unqualified as you are means you should stay away from giving any advice on water manipulation. This was a very irresponsible way to use your influence. You wanna clickbait people, so be it. Low integrity is already expected from most influencers, but, you should atleast understand when you should keep your terrible and detrimental advice to yourself.
