Glad you'll keep HO into your video roster. You always have some really interesting content

From someone in college and trying to participate in my clubs activities as much as possible while prioritizing the latter, it's refreshing to hear someone younger reviewing model train products. Don't get me wrong, it's nice to hear the reviews on products and such, but it feels better coming from a person that knows what they're doing than a know-it-all.

Im not a train enthusiast at all. Full on car guy and vintage toy collector. Your video on the hot wheels railroad drew me in and i really enjoy your presentation style. Cheers to 2025! Good shit.

I've been a detractor of O gauge personally because I am in a tight space situation and have been turned off slightly by the old Americana aspect a lot of Lionel stuff has. However, I've decided to give it a chance. Watching your videos and getting O-Gauge stuff from when I was a kid are a good starting off point. I made a small HO Layout and I am thinking to myself how to make a compact three rail layout for modern apartments.
@trainfan4449Күн бұрын
The most efficient small use in O is, and always has been, a traction style, or switching style setup. Traction style layouts tend to be able to use smaller radius curves, as well as be able to just go back and forth without the need for reverse loops. Switching layouts, like the name implies, are designed for switching. Slow speeds, and shuffling of cars around in a tight urban industrial area. They also can be quite compact, and when larger spaces open up, easy to expand on.

Funny I just tore down my O27 to put up an HO layout. Although, the HO layout will have an O27 layout intertwined.

I’m really excited to see the o scale Marx stuff on the new layout this year! Also do you think you’ll make a video just on O scale Marx stuff?
@cobramerciless2 күн бұрын
@@Tiger-Tank-Productions likely not. There’s a couple pieces I want to talk about, but they’ve mostly got single reduction gearing, so I can’t really use them with my switches :/
